If I could give you this restaurant no stars I would. I WAS a loyal customer to this Burger King for six years . I am a vegetarian and I usually order their veggie burger. I order the veggie burger combo an hour before they closed. I had my brother ordered my veggie burger the manager was very rude to my brother she told my brother that "you may not get ice in his food, because he shouldn't have came so late". She gave me a cold and over cooked veggie burger with steal /old fries. I was charged for a slice and cheese but didn't not get my slice of cheese.
The supervisor of the restaurant and yes I typed it correctly "the supervisor " of the restaurant also did not give my brother a receipt. (Because I come here so much I know the extact amount of my food) She was extremly unpretessional . She made rude comments in the drive throguh that she thought my brother couldn't hear , but he did.
I called and ask for my money back ,and told that I video and picture proof of my food ( if can even call it that) she accuse me of lying and continued to talk about with other employees while I was on the phone. She made the careless mistake again of thinking I couldn't hear her ( or maybe she just doesn't care). She told tell me that she would call me back in three business days for my refund if $6.13. She (the only night work out two people there) did not .
When I called back she told me to call back in the next day to speak to the Manager . When I called back they hangged up in my face serval times. I know this because I hear them answering the phone while talking and hangging up on me.
I then called corporate they told me they would have them call me back in three business days and that was two weeks ago. BEWARE OF THIS BURGER KING! It is extremely unprofessional and they give the Burger King name a bad rip.

Worker taking people their food waiting outside messing with her hair and touching people orders with hand, not hair net not cap. She brought our food out & I refused because she put her hands in our bag. Manager came out I explained to her that I'm very picky about my food, she apologized and stated she was under staffed and didn't have a good crew working tonight, that she was even on grill cooking. I stated I would come inside, so my order could be re prepared. Got my order get home my burger is not right had mayo and some zesty sauce on it, that I didn't asked for and no onions that I wanted. I called to explain, and she trying to tell me what I ordered, as if I'm lying. When I asked for district manager name she refuse started getting an attitude with me the customer telling me she's not going back and forth. I asked her what's your name she refused just stated, I'm one of the managers. I don't know where her customer training came from, but was very rude and unprofessional. I will never eat at Burger King in Hiram, Ga again. Customer service is everything, and when your in management be rude to a paying customer that's bad business. Long version: I had placed a mobile order on the Burger King app. When i went to get the food, an employee had given me the wrong bag. When i explained to the employee that they have given me the wrong bag, they told me i would have to give them back the mistaken bag that they gave me. I asked why , because by now I have touched the contents of the food thinking it was mine and i worried that they were gonna give contaminated food to the people behind me. They said they were gonna throw it away. At that point i was blocking the drive thru and I was wanting to get out of the driveway and head inside to give them the bag and because they had also gave me the wrong drinks and I didnt want to block the other people. As i drove, a rude employee said "I have your license plate number". When I went inside, another employee scolded me for not immedietly handing her food at the drive through window and said I was rude. I will admit i made a lapse of judgement immedietly driving off and parking to go inside but I was in a rush and it didnt seem like they employees had it together and i just wanted to get drinks for my family.
