Second time going to this Popeye's in the past 2 months and will never go here again! Tried to give them another shot. First time I went there I stood in the lobby waiting on someone to take my order for like 15 minutes while the front cashier was making chicken wings and all I wanted was an order of fries. By the time he came to take my order for my fries there was no more fries left so he used the fry scoop to scoop the fries that were up against the wall back into the fry thing and then put those in a bag and gave them to me for $3.50! That was so disgusting. Now today I go there and get a chicken sandwich I get home I go to bite into this chicken sandwich and it is hard like rubber! It's like the chicken is raw all through the center. There Goes My dinner! I'm calling this place over and over and over again and nobody is answering the phone! For the price of food today somebody should definitely be compensating me but I can't even get an answer on the phone and I'll be damned if I'm going to get back in my car and drive all the way back into Hiram when I live in Dallas to get another chicken sandwich right now at 7:15 at night when I have work at 5:30 in the morning. I moved here from Roswell and that Popeyes always had a line around the building so when I moved here I was so shocked that the parking lot and the drive-thru is always empty at that Popeyes now I know why! Downright disgusting. Trying to get somebody sick on Raw chicken and then you charge me $9 for a combo there's like five fries in the bag and a raw sandwich. Then I can't even get somebody to answer the phone to compensate me. So who's going to take care of me? Read more9/3/ 2022- I went to Popeye and had the rudest experience from a Latino female manager and light-skinned young lady-crew member. The most nastiest attitudes & customer service experienced I've ever had at any Popeye's I've been. The energy of the Latino female manager & light-skinned young lady who was a crew member gave me was not provoked nor did I have any prior exchange with these ladies for the customer service I encounter.
I pulled up in the drive through and placed an order. My order was taken by a very pleasant black young man with an accent. When I got to windows the young man with the accent and a young lady were doing an awesome job. I had two separate large orders, I was asked to pull up, and they said they would bring my food to me. I responded with an okay and pulled up. This is when my experience went from heaven to hell. There appeared to be a shift change.
I waited in my car 30mins before one part of my order was brought to me. Then an additional 20mins for my second order. Almost an hour for my food. There is so much more to this experience but I can't write it all in this thread however, Corporate has all the details. I did get in touch with the Corporate/Franchisee Department. The treatment I experienced was to small for the customer service call center level, I needed to speak to an Executive at the Corporate level. I'm don't know if anything will be resolved at this store but Corporate is involved.
I'm not advocating anybody lose their jobs but those two ladies DO NOT need to be in customer service and definitely not in leadership position. Even when I was in the store waiting for my 2nd order, the atmosphere of the team was chaotic. AS I read the reviews, I see why this store is poor...
Read morePlaced a mobile order and had to wait in the drive thru line for 20 minutes (would've left if I hadn't already paid). Once I get to the speaker I told them I had a mobile order, he ask for the name and doesn't say anything for 5-10 minutes. While waiting another employee comes from back door (guessing to take trash out) but he even states your food should be ready soon, I don't know what they are doing in there...I say hello the speaker to grasp someone attention and finally was told to come around. My food gets handed to me and as I take a moment to make sure all my items were there I get rushed to move out the line. I guess the male who had a sassy attitude was upset and wanted to all of sudden move his line. I told him that I just wanted to check my food and there was a car in front of me that was also waiting and I couldn't move. I believe he was the manager which was horrible because he was the one rushing me out of the way. Then I took another second to look down in the bag because I didn't see everything I ordered and what seemed to be a teenager who didn't look like he was in uniform comes to the window and asked for me to move. At this point all of this wasn't even two minutes of me checking my order and others having to wait that was in front of me. The "manager" threaten to call the police I guess to inform them of a customer checking their food while in drive thru smh but okay. I move to wait for the police and in the process was cursed at. Police didn't show up while I was waiting but the car in front of me who was waiting on her food, food was just sitting there whole time. Didn't know checking your food...
