I simply walked in, ordered a chicken & egg biscuit and asked that it be prepared fresh. One minute later my biscuit is being handed to me and I was told "it just came up". The problem is that I'm always told this phrase when requesting a fresh chicken biscuit to be dropped while I wait. I was honestly prepared to let it go, as always, but the condescending energy coming from their manager on duty was annoying. I eventually asked if the owner operator was available to speak with and I was told no. I asked if it was the same female from their previous location down the street at the intersection of Hiram Douglasville and I was told no, the owner was a man. I was then directed to his picture on the wall near the entrance and told I could call the 1 800 number if it pleased me. I asked for his direct corporate number and was met with, "it's our policy to not give out that information." At this point, I spotted a shift leader, who recognized me, because I've been a regular at their location for years. I explained the situation and she was very sympathetic to the experience I'd just gone through. She offered to search for the Executive Director's card in the back, as well as remake my order. I appreciated her offer, but declined. I have frequently experienced poor customer service issues dating back to their old location down the street. As a local business owner in the Paulding County Community, ive always promoted uplifting healthy relationships with our corporate neighbors. I'm not sure why this particular Chick FIL A location consistently drops the ball, but I believe it's no coincidence that the person I initially encountered today is the sane person who dropped the customer service ball on my last two previous visits. Read moreOn November 28th at 3:52 PM I visited store number 00640. Upon placing my order I asked for my food to be prepared fresh because I am a frequent custome of this location and have repeatedly gotten bad food service. Upon reaching the drive thru window I recieve my bag and checked it for accuracy. I noticed my fries were not hot so I asked for a hot fry. I was approached by the manager who stated she will not replace my fry until I give her back the one I have. I refused because I am COVID positive and repeatedly told her it is not safe and that I will dispose of it. The manager then refused to replace my fry for a fresh one and caused a commotion to the window. Now I have every employee at the window telling me we need your fry back as well as 3 male Employees outside the window yelling in my car. I told them I come here almost everyday and the only thing I ask for it fresh food and they continue to give me refried chicken and soggy fries. I spent nearly 30mins going back and forth with the staff about giving them back a fry for them to give me a fresh one. I then turned the bag over and to avoid contact with the Male Hispanic manager I dropped the bag on the tray. He then accused me of trying to assault him. Read moreListen I love CFA, but I came to order through the drive through since it seemed easier with kids in the car. For starters the girl who took my order had a pissy attitude, I finally get my order taken and I paid and was told to drive around. I drive to the window and the girl at the window tells me to drive down to one of the red poles passing the drive through window as they were waiting for “fresh food”. I drive down and I’m waiting there for 5 minutes and she comes back and tells me to drive forward again to the brown sign by the dumpsters, so I do just that. I’m sitting there waiting for another 10 minutes, as I’m waiting there for my food every single car behind me is just driving off, which I’m getting irritated at this point. I get I ordered somewhat of a big order which was 2 of the new pretzel meals 2 spicy deluxe meals and 1 kids meal, but I’m sitting here watching through my mirrors and lots of cars that were leaving behind me had received what seemed to be bigger orders as I saw them walking to a truck with 2 of the big white bags that they usually give for big orders. So by this point I’m beyond pissed cause apparently we were the only one waiting for “fresh food” as everyone else drove off with old food I guess?
