I was totally disrespected by the little guy. He only wanted to sit and look at his phone. He was not knowledgeable on how to correct the problem that I had presented to him. He informed me that he wasn't going to help me. He demanded that I leave and threatened to call the police on me. I refused to leave and waited for the manager to return. Upon his return, I asked him to call the owner but was told that he was not authorized to do that. The manager did take the time to correct the problem. The little guy needs to be educated on better customer relations. He is detrimental to the business because of his unprofessionalism and disrespectful attitude. Don't spend your money at this...

I walked in just needing a new phone which I was having a bad day but now let’s just say Mike turned that all around.. he helped me very much so on getting a phone not only a phone he got me a speaker head phones and case car holder as well… I am happy I stayed with boost I am always satisfied here and mike needs a big promotion I must say I’ll definitely continue my service here and he is nice friendly well mannered.. I drove from cedar crest to come get a phone and it turned it to a great day. So take care my boy for me please he is working making a living and needs a great blessing thank you....

My experience was not good at all. I wasn't able to use my data and the rep tried to put it off on calling boost directly. The guy then tried to tell me with my unlimited dated I needed a 5G phone, which I already had, and then tried to sell me a phone. Any time I come to the Hiram store they never seem to help me. It's always what I gotta do vs what they can...
