Placed an order for the Semi-Chocolate Chip, Strawberry ice cream bar, the Monster, and last the German Chocolate Cake. Time on delivery was great but as we open the box realized the The German Chocolate Cake was missing a later. I called the store to see what our options would be as the girl on the other end seemed like she was in a rush. She had suggested that they would replace the whole cake if we brought it back up to the store. It being this late in the evening (around 8 pm), and living 10 mins from the store. It didn’t seem ideal to drive 20 mins for one cake. Just a good note that we will be trying another Crumbl store in the area. But, overall the ETA on delivery and the cookie selections for the week were the only wins this week.

I went to the grand opening of crumbl today. It was a very nice atmosphere. I ordered my cookies in advance. I got the carrot cake, sugar cookie, strawberry pretzel pie and the double fudge. The carrot cake was delicious. It was moist, with all the right flavors. The strawberry pretzel pie cookie was delicious as well. The topping with the strawberry was like a strawberry sundae placed on top of a cookie. Yum. The double fudge was good. It was crunchy but very soft if the inside. We enjoyed this one. The sugar cookie was not cooked to my liking and I reached back out to them and received excellent customer service. I will definitely return with my family again. Can’t wait to enjoy more flavors from them.

Cookies are expensive, but DELICIOUS!!...edit from last post..the KENTUCKY BUTTER COOKIE IS, AMAZING!!... I walked in and was going to get 2 different kinds and I told the lady who took my order which 2 I thought about and she RAVED about the Kentucky butter cookie and I told her that I read great reviews about it, so I choose 2 of the KBC. I walked outside to my car, took a bite and walked right back in and told her I wanted 2 more!!.. I feel like it's probably the best cookie I've EVER had, EVER!!.. It's THAT GOOD!!..I LOVE a good, simple butter cookie and they did that!!..Excellent job to the cashier that added the icing on the cake with her thoughts on the cookie..
