Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hobart Township

I have only been to this location twice an both times I was disappointed. First time I got a hot coffee drank most of it went to go dump out the rest and there was a kid you not a spider in my coffee all shriveled up. It had a lid that was closed no way it got in there after purchase. So I decided accidents happen bugs are everywhere so I went and got an ice coffee. I payed and she handed my my straw and then came back with my drink. She handed me it with two hands, I didn’t think anything of it till I grabbed the cup and went to set it my cup holder. She gave me a deformed lid that obviously didn’t fit in and was to lazy to replace it with a normal one..I spilled it all over myself and when I went to go look for her to ask for napkins I kid you not she ran out of my view. The employees are always extremely nice, the coffee is always good, and the ice cream is always delicious. If it stopped there, they'd have a 5-star rating from me. Unfortunately, there is another event that also seems to ALWAYS happen: whenever I'm in there, no matter the day of the week or the time of the day... they're always out a good portion of their own selection when it comes to their donuts. Staff is typically very monotone and not really friendly. They go through the motions but you can tell no one wants to be there. I guess I'm kinda used to that type of service anymore. Food is mediocre at best. Sometimes cooked all the way through, sometimes not. I decided to write this review today because as I was in the car waiting to put in my order at the drive thru, I saw mice climbing from underneath their back door to outside and then entering cracks in the foundation at the other.
