Last night I went to the restaurant around 8:35. All of the meat and condiments were moved and they were no longer making sandwiches in the normal area. This should have been my sign to leave. When I placed my order a lady started making my sandwich (on the counter by the wall) I noticed she already had on gloves (she didn’t put on a clean pair when she started my sandwich) but I didn’t make a big deal out of it. She started making my sandwich but stopped because the young man on the register was having issues with it. She came over to help him by picking up the dusty register (gloves still on). Once she was done helping him she went back to making my sandwich by touching bacon and putting it on my sandwich (same gloves still on). I asked her if that was my sandwich because she is using dirty gloves. She rolled her eyes, took off the dirty gloves, put on new gloves with an attitude and threw the sandwich in the garbage. At this point I just wanted our food and to leave. I had ordered two sandwiches. Once she was done with my sandwich she brought it to the other side where she tossed it on the paper. The sandwich fell apart and she just left it sitting there. Once again she rolled her eyes. At this point I no longer felt comfortable eating there. The custom service was terrible and I’m not going to risk my family and I getting sick due to unsanitary practices. I asked for a refund. The young man apologized and stated he was new and didn’t know how to process refunds. He kept apologizing. I reassured him that it wasn’t him and that he was fine. However I still wanted a refund and was very unhappy with the service. I said You don’t treat customers the way I was being treated and I don’t have to support that business. I will gladly take my money elsewhere. The young lady turns around and starts yelling that’s she’s sorry but she had been at work since 11 and was tired. At that point I didn’t want to hear an apology. The apology should have come when she tried to make my sandwich with dirty gloves. I just wanted a refund and to leave. The new young man says to me “well she’s trying to apologize to you and you aren’t listening”. I again repeated myself that I was not interested in her apology at that point. She went to the register to process my refund. I asked her who the manager was she initially said she was. I then asked who was over her and she said “Kevin”. I asked for a receipt which she refused to give me one. The young man then handed me a receipt. She rolled her eyes at him. I have been to this restaurant many times and had never received service so terrible. I...
Read moreA zero stars rating should be available for this store. This is the top to bottom worst customer service experience I've ever been subjected to. I placed a delivery order for 2 combos and 1 cookie. First of all it did not even leave the store for 45 minutes and took 1 hr and ten minutes to be delivered. Which even though it's ridiculous, I can possibly understand if they were really busy. Then I receive my order and there are no chips and no cookie. When I call and speak to the manager his response is oh well we were busy. I asked if being busy was an excuse for not putting half an order in the bag and he says, yeah I have 16 year old girls working for me, what do you want me to to about It? Already sent an email to JJ corporate about the service and the ridiculously inept and...
