The line was ridiculously long, which isn't that Dairy Queen's fault, BUT their service was. It was VERY slow, they got our order wrong twice. I asked for a cookie dough blizzard and somehow got a vanilla cookie dough shake. Then once we got our food, after correcting the blizzard, we were missing a chunk of our order, and didn't notice until we got away from the window and pulled over to hand out food to our passengers, and one passenger didn't get their food. So we had to CALL, because again the line was too long to want to deal with going all the way back through to get to the box and then the window, and the line was almost out into the road. So we called, and they told us they'd bring it to our car in the parking lot, but only stood at the door washing their arms at us as if we should have to go get it when we've got food pilled in all over our laps. It's just not my idea of "fast food" or even good service. I'm not usually one to be picky, but the situation, the way we were looked at, spoken to, and expected of just kind of had my nerves going. Read moreI have a prepaid Kroger debit card and this is literally the ONLY place I have found that will not take it. I had my 3 kids with me and we ordered ice cream for each and 1 order of French fries. My children are 9, 3, and 1. The manager swipes my card and rudely tells me it was declined as she rolled her eyes. I tell her I just added over $300 to the card and there was no way it was declined she tells me well I can't take it. I'm a server so I always have change and $1's on me but I ended up being $1 and some change short. Again as rude as possible this manager says so what do you want me to take off of this order? The same manager has been at this location since before I can remember. Alittle bit of kindness and understanding goes a long way, you make the choice of getting up and goin into work everyday I don't think every person who chooses to spend their money at this establishment should get punished for that. Read moreWent to the fair ave drive thru on 9/27/24 8:07:24 pm and stated 3 times that I wanted a small butterfinger blizzard with heath added. Got home and had a small blizzard container with vanilla ice cream with a few colorful pieces of something. Put in the the freezer since I didn't want to go that night. Went back with the blizzard on 9/30/24 and couldn't get it replaced because I didn't know the policy of calling the same night to complain. The manager on that evening would not replace a blizzard that I brought back and was a total snot about it. All for $5 blizzard. So I just donated that money i guess. Customer service right? Look at your food before you leave the window. Have your receipt in hand and call that same day to tell them before asking them to replace anything if you go to fair ave dq in...
