TLDR; After waiting for almost 4 hours I have no food and no customer service.
Placed my order at 7:15 was told that it would take approx. 1-1.5 hours for delivery. Told them that was fine and finished placing the order.
At 9:40 I decided to call and see what the status of my order was and I was assured that our food was on the way to us and should be delivered shortly. I told the lady on the phone thank you and assured her that it was no big deal I get that delays happen.
At 10:15 I STILL did not have my order so I called back to see what was going on and was told that my food had just been taken out to be delivered about 15 minutes ago... I thought that was strange since I was told 40 minutes prior that it was already out for delivery but I didn't make a big deal out of it and told her okay no worries again.
At 10:45 I STILL did not have my order so I called back yet again and was informed that the delivery person was just leaving with my food now. this being the third time I had to call about my order I questioned whether my food had actually been taken by the delivery person and questioned why I had been told three times now that my food was on it's way and had been taken by a driver at three separate times.
At 10:55 I get called by Tiberio's and they ask what my apartment number is and tell me the driver is outside. Great, I tell them my apartment number and tell them I am walking out now. When I get outside I see the driver and holler at him asking if he is looking for my apartment number and he does not even look my direction while walking to another building. So, I stand out on the sidewalk waiting for him to come back out from the other end of our building. When he comes out I holler to him again asking if he is looking for my apartment number, there is no way that he could not have seen me as I was standing in the light and waving my hand in the air to him, he proceeds to go to his car and drive away.
At 11:00 I watched my delivery driver "attempt" to deliver my order from 3 hours and 45 minutes ago drive away. I attempted to call Tiberio's but conveniently they close at 11:00 and all I got was the message that they are closed and to call back when they are open. Read moreWe ordered an extra large pizza, stromboli and cannoli trio this evening through doordash. When the food arrived the pizza and stromboli were fine, but the sauce for the stromboli had exploded in the bag with the cannoli. Our dasher very kindly offered to take it back to get it replaced. I decided to call the restaurant to let them know what happened so they didn't think the dasher was lying when she returned. I was not angry or upset, things like this happen, I just wanted to make them aware and hopefully get the sauce for the stromboli and the cannoli replaced. A young man answered the phone and was very polite. He said he would get the manager to help me. A few minutes later a woman answered the phone and just said Tiberios. I was confused at first and paused a moment thinking the phone just started ringing again and someone had picked it up. She then said Tiberios again very rudely. I said yes, I was on hold to speak with the manager. She then said yes, I know. She never introduced herself. I started to try to explain what had happened and she interrupted me to start telling me to call doordash. She said they weren't responsible and the guy picking up my food didn't handle it correctly. (It was a girl) I then asked if I would be able to get a replacement sauce for my Stromboli or a replacement cannoli. She told me no, it was fine when it left there store and it was the dashers fault. She said I know you're going to be mad at me over it. I stopped her there and said I haven't been mad at all, I was just trying to explain the situation and you sound like you're the one who is irritated, you have since you picked up the phone. She admitted she was irritated because they lose money from doordash. I then finally got to tell her I was just calling to explain because the dasher said she was going to bring it back. She again told me to resolve my issues with doordash. I thanked her and ended the call. The animosity I experienced from the second she got on the phone was unacceptable and I would never order from here again. Read moreI ordered 45 dollars with of food from this pizza place Delivered mind you , took 1 hour and 10 minutes.. I called back in to just let them know about our First experience with them,, The Manager was very unwilling to hear me out , just kept saying did I take a picture and bring the food back in,,, They do not like to give Free food away!!! Well first off I ordered a large pizza with the whole thing with extra cheese, and extra sauce. With 1/2 being extra pepperoni and on the other half, with sausage.. The pizza was dry !!! I could see the little bit of cheese and crust between those so called extra pepperonis!!! Very dry and over cooked! Our cheese bread was as hard as a brick bat!! And our potato skins were so dry and over cooked also, and I paid for an extra sour cream,, which I did not get!!! So I was not asking for any free hand outs , just thought they would like to know, so they can improve the Food situations and there well now since I called there ,, you might say How To Run A Business!! Being nice and willingness to understand your Customers!! Complaints and expectations!! Telling me to take a picture and bring the food back in,, when it was a Delivery Run !!! This Tiberios will Never meet up to the original Tiberios that we all knew , before This Tiberios bought them!!! I will Never buy anything from this establishment ever again!!!
