The service at this location is so spotty. Sometimes I come in and they usually have one person that is incredible running the entire store or I get a ton of attitude. I had previously ordered from this location, and I got two large pizzas but was given two medium pizzas. I didn't realize until I got home and gave them a call. They told me they had "ran out" of the large pan pizzas so they could only give me the medium pan pizzas. They told me that they thought they had told someone to call me, but they told me they would add a $15 credit to my account for my future order to make up for the price difference. I confirmed that the credit would be added to my account and the gentleman confirmed. I kept the email confirmation and went about my business.
Well, today I wanted to cash in my $15 credit. The young kid that answered the phone told me that there was no credit tied to my account. I asked for his manager. I was immediately greeted with a passive aggressive tone from a female manager on the phone. She kept reiterating to me that I did not have credit. I pulled up the confirmation email and told her the date of the order. Suddenly, she was able to pull up the credit that was on my account after giving me sass about it.
I get there and the female manager in question was there. She plopped my pizza on the counter and said "you're good to go." Not making eye contact with me. The young man behind the counter looked confused like she was telling him to go home for the day. She then said again but actually looked at me this time, "you're good to go." I just thought that wasn't how a manager should talk to a customer.
I was not being rude on the phone, I just wanted my money like anyone else would. I should've just asked for my money back entirely the first time. Anyway, this will probably be the last time I come to...
Read moreSo I had not ordered from a Pizza Hut in probably 10 years and had NEVER ordered from that one! Needless to say I was really excited about my pizza! So I called to order 2 pizzas and 2 bread sticks! I had a hard time understanding the woman who answered and obviously she didn't understand me because after the mess of ordering my pizza it was wrong! How does someone confuse a hand tossed pizza and a PAN PIZZA? When I went to pick up there - NO DRIVE THRU! So I went inside and I had to wait 15 mins for someone to acknowledge me! I know with COVID a lot of inside places are closed but their inside was a mess! The floor was SUPER Sticky and disgusting! As I walked I could hear my shoes peeling away from the floor, it was GROSS! They had unmade pizza box stacks on the few tables they had inside and well as other junk! There was 1 guy all by himself taking care of ALL the orders. He was very friendly considering how he was super busy! A delivery driver finally came out the restroom but disappeared again without helping the poor guy! He had 6 pizzas coming out of the oven at once! My food was ready which was a good thing! Although my PAN PIZZA ended up being a Hand tossed pizza and the extra cheese and sauce was not so extra it was okay. My Bread Sticks were over cooked and hard! My sauce containers were barely half full and spilled in the bag which was disappointing to say the least! The dipping marinara was really runny/watery! I am not ready to give up on Pizza Hut yet but I am definitely DONE WITH THAT...
Read moreThree stars for not being customer-focused.
This location was recently renovated. We decided to dine in so we could see what changed.
PH reconfigured the kitchen/dining areas, and now the dining room feels much smaller. While pleasant and bright, it also felt unfinished and lacks any definition or character. Several tables were piled in one area, none of those had chairs, and only three tables total did have chairs.
A guy was putting together pizza boxes less than 5 feet from us, which made me wonder "why here?" The dining area is so much smaller than before; instead of intruding on customer space, could he not use the increased kitchen space for this task?
Overall, it felt like they were unprepared for in-person diners. Had it not been for the pizza sauce on the back of the chair next to mine, I would have thought we were the first customers We had to request napkins, silverware, salt, etc. No longer does PH use real dishes, only plastic, paper, and bottled beverages. There also was no real waitstaff--you order at the register and food is "run out" to you. The food was mediocre: my pizza was on the very light side, so that it looked undercooked, my husband's pasta was overdone. Kudos to a young man named George; he was the one bright spot as he tried his very best to take care of us.
We will try again in six months to see if...
