I'm a truck driver who has regularly stopped here sometimes on a weekly basis and have enjoyed their food. On 11/30/22 I stopped and ordered 2 bean , cheese, and rice burritos with a side cup of sour cream which I was willing to pay an extra $1 for. When I got back on the road I realized that they had forgotten to put my side cup of sour cream in the bag but no big deal I figured they wouldn't have a problem just giving me one the next time I came in since I had already paid for it. I'm not trying to scam them out if free sour cream. Today, 12/7/22 I stopped in like usual, placed my order, briefly explained to the cashier what had happed last week, and asked if she could give me the side cup of sour cream that I had never received. She didn't say anything back to me but as far as I could tell that was an indication that this would not be a problem. When my order was ready I checked the bag and once again there was no sour cream. I again asked her about the sour cream and she then told me that the sour cream was $1 as if she was oblivious to what I had just told her moments ago. She insisted that since I didn't have a receipt that I would have to pay another $1 for the sour cream. I probably spend hundreds of dollars a year with them and this is what it comes down to. Her attitude was disrespectful, condescending, and without a doubt conveyed a very clear message to me that my business didn't mean anything to them. I will never set foot in this...
Read moreI'm from out of town (staying across the street at the OK RV place). I had Alberto's pork which was super super dry. Went up to the cashier and explained what I thought and she said they cook it early in the morning and warm it up. I should have known better having worked in customer service at the Post Office for years to talk to the manager. If I wanted change that's where you start. There's a saying I've used in my non-profit called WonHeart for years and it's Maya Angelos "When you know better you do better". I've added..."But if you don't know better how can you do better"? I wanted to be heard and I didn't talk to the right person. This is called Non-violent communication. When you share your feelings and needs then REAL communication takes place. Big lesson hear is to talk to the manager. If they don't HEAR you then you're not important to them. ...
Read moreThe food was mediocre at best. Staff was unable to take our order correctly. They were completely out of ground beef and shredded beef and they dont carry diced tomatoes. Our food was all bagged up in to go boxes and bagged like we were being rushed out the door. Even tho we were asked if it was to go or for here. I ordered a chicken quesadilla, I paid for it and never received it. The Chille Relleno was so burnt that I could hardly cut it apart and had to ask for another dish. Dining room floors had pools of liquid leaking from the trash cans. Bathroom is falling apart. Women’s room toilet seat literally has electrical tape holding it together. Dining room tables were dirty and staff clearly didn’t care about anything in this establishment. My husband, 3 children and I should of just went to Taco Bell. Save your money and time and don’t go to this...
