Brann's Steakhouse & Grille — Restaurant in Holland Charter Township

Accidently left my to go food on the table !! I made it down the road gone maybe 5-10 minutes. The waitress was aware of what was in the to go container (half a rack of ribs). The manager (Julian/Julie) of Holland Brans informed me that there was nothing that can be done unfortunately since I left. A whole half a rack ! Wasted along with my money ! Manger apologized in a sarcastic manner while reminding me it was my fault for leaving. Yes, I left but I also feel that I hadn't been gone long and with the knowledge of what was in the container why would they immediately be tossed ! So disappointed at how this was handled and the lack of understanding. Edit- just got doubled charged so I will have to call another manager in the morning as they are closed now. I paid $59.83 for dinner which they ran my card for. I added a $10.17 to equal $70.00. So the $10.17 should have been charged the just charged an additional $70.00. Update- I did call and speak with another manager (Chelsea) the other charge did fall off. I have not been back to the restaurant. I have been told I will receive discounts on my next visit. Chelsea was understanding, able to make me feel better about the circumstances and assured me the other manager would be talked to. Hopefully my next visit is prior manager in a better understanding of customer service and how important it is in...

Went to go have dinner . Husbands ID was expired so they said they couldn’t serve him alcohol. No big deal. Sister left her ID at home . No big deal . I was the only one who had a VALID NOT EXPIRED ID . I ordered my trash can . The rest ordered lemonade and coke . After an hour of waiting to order , the manager - with the missing tooth (who isn’t really the manager and lied and told me he was) told us that no server was comfortable serving us . He tried to say because of the id being expired for 6 months (which was a lie it’s only been about 2 months) then he said because my sister didn’t have her ID which didn’t make sense because neither of them had an alcoholic beverage . Mind you I AM THE ONLY ONE DRINKING . Then the “manager” started to say my ID isn’t Valid Because it was a TEXAS ID Which I have been using here at branns since I’ve been visiting in 2020 . My ID doesn’t Expire till April 2024 . I then said well I don’t have to drink . . But it wasn’t even that , at this point he said none of the servers there wanted to serve our table and that we had to leave . Took our drinks off the table and just left . . . I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and have never been treated like this...

We out to dinner with fam. Sat down, ordered and meal arrived in a timely fashion. I ordered chicken wings. Upon arriving i noticed a long brunette hair which i simply picked off because i was starving. I continued to eat a couple more when i picked out another hair. I was just gonna leave it as is and never return but my wife convinced me to say something, so when the waitress came by i told her what was wrong and as i was telling her i pulled another one from my plate. 3 hairs total!!! She simple took the rest of my wings and deducted the wings from my bill, but never asked if i was still hungry. I was actually starving! Something told me i should've went to golden corral down the street where i had wanted to go in the first place. I will NEVER go there again.
