I'm not sure where I landed on this one, so I'm giving them 4 stars. The service was impeccable. Everyone was energetic and nice. I truly hope they are getting paid well because the employees deserve it. As for the cookies, I can see why people love them but they just aren't for me. They are gorgeous, the flavors are good, and the rotating menu leaves some palatable excitement. However, for me, the cookies are far too sweet. They inevitably taste the same by the end of a bite because the sweetness is tooth achy and cloying. Anyway, this is a me problem not a quality problem. I'd give them a try because the people are great here and the flavors are fun. However, I'd skip Crumbl if you have a sensitivity to sweetness like I do. To conclude. Wonderful staff, hard working staff, and great cookies. For me, there just needs to be something else to cut through the sweetness. The best cookie by far has to be the berry cobbler cookie because it has an oaty flavor and some something tangy to cut the sweetness. The frosting swirl is a little much for me though.

I recently visited Crumbl Cookie and it was a truly fantastic experience! The whole staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The interior was beautifully designed, clean, and cozy, making it the perfect atmosphere to enjoy my cookies. But the real star of the show was the cookies themselves - Crumbl offers an impressive variety of 6 awesome flavors that are baked fresh daily. Each and every one of them was absolutely delicious - from classic chocolate chip to their fun and unique specialty flavors. My personal favorite was the Biscoff Lava, filled with gooey caramel sauce in the center. The texture of the cookies was also perfect - crispy on the edges and delightfully chewy on the inside. And you get them served warm, so that alone was an amazing experience. Overall, I highly recommend Crumbl Cookie to anyone looking for delectable treats and amazing service. I give it 5 stars and will definitely be back!

Ready really love Crumbl! The cookies are delicious and the revolving menu is fun. Usually the staff are impeccable; fun and energetic. I have gone in a couple times though where they straight up ignore the customers. My biggest complaint is 3 times in the last two months I’ve gone in and they are ā€œoutā€ of that week’s popular cookie. That is not good business. People stop in specifically for that cookie, they want to try it. They don’t want to substitute and have to come back later (even though the company would make more money that way.) It’s pretty obvious which will be the most popular and if they prepared better for that, they would be golden. Overall though, it’s pretty quick and easy and the cookies are great. Just be prepared to pay a little higher, but if you’ve ever baked you know it’s an expensive endeavor. It’s so worth it here for the giant, tasty cookies!
