Taqueria Arandas — Restaurant in Holland Charter Township

Went to place an online order for pick up and got an error that said the online order didn't go through either because they were too busy or had connectivity error. Not their fault, but I was already heading there so I figured I'd just order in person if it didn't go through. I was surprised because when I got there it was empty except for the two guys seated at the bar. The hostess said their iPad was charging so the online orders were down. I then placed the order again with her at the register. I got my order in under five minutes. My husband ordered the build your own wet burrito and I ordered the build your own nachos. Both of us agreed the flavor was good, but my husband didn't get a wet burrito the sauce was missing. And for my nachos I had said no cheese sauce, just regular shredded cheese. I would recommend not attending this establishment if you do I would suggest to double check your bank. The full blatantly falsely charge your card extra. I tipped cash over 20%. When I addressed the situation they were supposed to correct it they said the system charges automatic tip for table of 4 or more funny thing is I only had 3 people. So they charged tip on my card lied about the amount of people that were at my table and also up charged. I attempted to rectify it with the manager but it was like jumping through hoops. I could have easily filed a fraudulent charge on my card but because I’m not a thief like them I decided to leave it as is. I decided let them get what they deserve. Always check your bank account the day after with this restaurant. Checking the receipt will make no difference as I filled mine out put 0.00 on the tip since I tipped cash wrote out total amount of the bill at the bottom and signed yet they still entered a different amount in their system...

We actually found this Taqueria listed on the Grand Rapids list of places that got great reviews. So we had to come and try it ourselves! The area has plenty of parking. There’s plenty of tables with lots of room. We ordered the Texas Style Fajitas which consisted of chicken, shrimp and steak. Choice of flour or corn tortillas and rice and beans. The food was amazing!! Just enough to fill you up! The chips and salsa were also on point! The chips tasted warm and freshly made!
