Long review.
I have been here twice. So this is based off both experiences. First order, I placed and they had forgotten my fries. A person named Syed emailed me and asked for my receipt info from the order and I had never heard back after that. Oh well it was just fries.
Then made another order and I get there at the max approximate time my food should be done and I get ignored by the workers. I do not like to interrupt so I stood there awkwardly on my phone. Then guy walks in and a woman comes up and asked for the name of the order and he gets his good. She then addressed me and was like name? I gave my name, she didn't hear me, so I repeated it, she then walked to the back of the restaurant and proceeded to talk with another girl. There are 4 guys working hard putting food together so again, I don't like to interrupt so I'm there standing awkwardly. Again a group of customers come in and are greeted and given their order before a nice man asked if I'm waiting for something and I say yes and give my name. He rushes to get it done and I'm speechless. I am awkward but I don't know why the woman asked for my info and just didn't do anything about.

Read moreTerrible customer service! My large order was missing 30 wings. I simply wanted a refund on the 30 wings, but they made it extremely difficult for that to happen. The first thing they suggested was to take a picture of all of the food and bring that and the food into the store so they could confirm the missing items, and give me the missing wings. I explained to them that I could not do that, as I was at work on lunch break and I would not be able to make that drive and be back in time to continue work. Additionally, I had many phone calls with them, and time after time they either said “my boss doesn’t speak English” or “I am going to talk to my boss about this and we will call you back in 10 minutes” only to never receive a phone call from them. They did that on 3 different occasions with each occurrence increasing the wait time for a call back. Ultimately, it took reaching out to Wingstop customer service and filing a complaint about this situation to get my refund. Typically it is no big deal if an order is messed up from a restaurants perspective, as they will do what it takes to right the wrong. Read moreI went today and ordered six wings of parmesan cheese and 8 of lemon pepper. To find out shortly after that there was another promotion that was much better but I didn’t want to make the change since I didn’t understand the cashier very well.
The food, it lacked seasoning and didn’t taste like the seasoning at all, so 2 of 5.
But the strangest thing was that while I was waiting for my order, another person approached me to give me a coupon for free fries if I wrote a review in its page, I thanked him and took it thinking about doing it at home but he just kept repeating “scan QR code, scan QR code” I felt pressured and I did it, while he looked at me all the time and saw what answers I put.
When I got stuck on the questions about the condition of my food (since I hadn’t tried a single bite) he took my cell phone! and he started answering the survey! He answered that everything was excellent and I was in shock! When he finished answering, he gave me back my cell phone so I could put my email address. He never left my side at all, while he was asking me what seasoning I would want for my fries (which by the way, were horrible, no different than the regular ones)
