This is not just a business, CBD SHOP is a gift to our community. The products are fantastic, the prices can’t be beat…But what is OUTSTANDING!!! If the staff. I have met and become at least acquaintances with practically everyone that works there, and some true friendships. The point is, if you’re having a bad day and feel like a “sticker” might help….you’ll feel better before you walk out their door. Call me corny, I don’t care. In this day and age- in a world so full of hate and division, CBD SHOP crew is a light in the dark. Genuinely good people and I’m grateful to know them. So thank you all. Plus I LOVE your stickers 🤣 Oh! 😲And! They have a point reward system that ACTUALLY earns you something and relatively quickly!! Don’t see a lot of that elsewhere. And you don’t have to ask, lots of times they’ll tell you if your close and give you the option to use them or save them for later. That’s cool! Who else really does that? I have been going here since the first week they opened & I absolutely love this cbd store as well as the staff. All the staff have been extremely respectful & very nice, very helpful. The literal ONLY cbd store I’ve gone to in years now. The only thing I’d strongly suggest changing about this place is , when you go to get the ‘ wax-stickers ‘ .. & you ask if it’s indica , or sativa dominant , staff NEVER knows , it’s almost always assumed to be a hybrid. & it would make things so much better if ( me ! :). ) the clientele were able to pick between hybrid , or straight indica or sativa. It’s been extremely difficult to find a place that I can find straight indica-dominate. I also strongly would recommend, ( if possible. . ) to serve in silicone containers , instead of the larger glass containers. Glass is messier & more of a hassle to deal with & to clear everything out of it , in comparison to...

Have been a regular since late 2019. Always loved chatting with the owner, always appreciated how they offered curbside service at the beginning of last year, and always received excellent help from Matthew. However, since they hired a new manager sometime last summer/fall the place became more anti-mask and has only gone downhill. Have had to return to the store on a couple of occasions after being undersold. They also hired a tall, red hair staff member that only speaks 4-5 words to you when you're in--you'll receive zero customer service and they've acted more like a drug dealer than a budtender/cbd sales person on multiple visits.
