Wow! Just wow! Our whole experience from calling in to the end product has been so enjoyable! They were very polite on the phone and even called me again when the electrician was on his way.

Scott was our electrician and we would highly recommend him! He was so respectful and friendly! He was very quick and we loved how there was no sales pitch. It was just him telling my dad what was the issue and what he was doing. My dad doesn’t speak English very well, so we truly appreciated how it seemed as though the language barrier wasn’t an issue. I quoted with other electricians in the area and EBC was the most competitive, their communication through out the project was hugely appreciated and the quality of there work will speak for itself over the next 50 years. Not only did it pass code with our local inspector every time, they also engineered the switches outlets and smoke detectors in a way that we would appreciate (2 and 3 way switches in most rooms). I came across EBC Security & Electric through my work who often refers them for commercial jobs we need help with.

Scott had been out previously to fix a breaker that kept tripping. He told me at the time, if the fix didn't last, what step 2 would be. He suspected it might not last as we have some appliances in the garage that are 30 years old and probably causing the problem. This fix lasted for a month. Scott and Jacob proceeded to do step 2 which was to separate the garage appliances and another wall of the house which probably was causing the problem.
