Donutville — Restaurant in Holland

Well this was on the MI donut trail which I completed today. Im not sure what stands out so much about this place. They have your typical style donuts and leaves some plain to be frosted and coated how you choose. I suppose that may be their thing here so if you like custom creations maybe this spot is for you but other than that it didn't wow me like Sweetwater Donut Mill in Kalamazoo. If you know Holland you know Donutville is hands down the best donut you will ever eat. Glazed donuts are simply like eating a piece of heaven. Filled donuts have a ton of filling. Cinnamon rolls are huge and the icing is generous. I hope this place is around for my Grandchildren to experience it. A little family run shop that sells arguably the best donuts in Holland. The apple fritters are massive, and are a personal favorite. More than likely they will probably be gone before the end of the day so I recommend stopping in earlier rather than later. The service is great, friendly greetings when you walk in and a pleasant "thank you" as you leave.

On a side note, this place does not take credit cards. They will however hold your donuts for you if you want to run to an atm...
