Visited at the Farmers Market ordered a smoothie and iced coffee and 3 couples got their drinks before us and they ordered after us. It wasn't even busy so I asked at the window what was going on and the barista said oh I didn't see your ticket and we still waited for 2 more people to get drinks. I also saw a mango smoothie that was sitting out in the sun for a good 15 minutes because no one had picked it up and instead of tossing it they shook it up and gave it to someone who ordered a smoothie. As long as we waited the smoothie they gave me was very runny like soup. I understand they were working, but people pay for good product.
WE EVEN LEFT A TIP!!!!
At the time we were there it wasn't even busy no line nothing. If I wanted a refund believe me I would've asked for one, but I really wanted to try out the drinks so I patiently waited, but as it was getting busy and people after us were getting their drinks then it became a problem. I'm not sure what system you all use, but how were we the only ones that she didn't see a ticket for, but clearly saw us standing right next to the truck in the pick up area. What I would've done was ask if I was waiting for something and say sorry...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent to the drive thru to place an order. Things went well, or so I thought, but when I was handed my iced latte it was in an unusual cup. I thanked the barista and drove off due to a car behind me. I notice my drink was hotā¦I have never turned around before to complained due to a mix up or not being heard. But since I had time and I wanted my usual ice coffee I just went in a circle, got behind the car that was behind me to begin with and waited. The barista open the door and I politely said Iām sorry but I ordered an ice latte. She rudely told me I did not and said she make another and slammed the drive thru window in my face as she left rolling her eyes at me. Not once was I rude or made an effort to point out she had made a mistake. So I decided to just drive off and not return if thatās the kind of service thatās acceptable to deliver to customers. I think this barista needs to rethink a career in customer service. I donāt care if youāre having a bad morning, day or night. Leave your issues at home when...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live 18 miles south of Holland, but do work 2 days a week in Holland. I make a point to stop at Simpatico at least on one of those days, going out of my way, for the wonderful coffee, but also for the outstanding service. Proof in point was yesterday, when Emmy waited on me. What a wonderful way to start my day, interacting with this very affable young lady, so pleasant and interested in her customers, as I witnessed her referring to the customer before me by name, then asking me my name before I left. THIS kind of service will always make me go out of my way. And Emmy is not the only one. I have yet to have anyone who wasn't pleasant and interactive. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and coffee! Please keep recognize these wonderful young people, and encourage it in new employees, as it is so very important in...
