I WAS NEVER GIVEN A TOTAL FOR MY ORDER, WAS CHARGED WRONG AND THEN YELLED AT WHEN I TRIED TO GET THE EMPLOYEE’S ATTENTION!! Unreal experience at this location just now. I went through the drive through, I was not understood at all and I knew it. Simple order, #1, little, no tomato. The ordering experience was bad enough but too much to describe. I knew I had not been understood. I got to the window, no total given, no chance to double check my order. Window closes. Window opens, handed a sandwich too big to be a little. But the window immediately closes, employee gone. I try to knock on the window. Nothing. Tried yelling hello. Nothing. Honked my horn!! NOTHING! Finally I stretch out and knock harder on the window and an employee opens the window and starts YELLING AT ME for “banging on the window!” I AM APPALLED! I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. It was absurd. I finally managed to make it clear my problem and yeah, they offered to refund and remake, but there was NO WAY I was going to trust a new sandwich from these jerks. I am shaking. Read moreFor a celebration, my employer bought sandwiches for my team from Jimmy Johns. We ordered using their numbered menu, so we could all get what we wanted, and the order was placed a day ahead of time. When we got the sandwiches, none of them had the number written on them, so we were unable to tell who was supposed to get which sandwich. We had to open them all up and pull them apart to figure it out. Most people didn't end up getting exactly what they ordered. I was unable to have any, because I cannot eat mayo, and we could not find the one that was ordered without mayo. When my employer asked Jimmy John's management for help with all of this, they were told Jimmy John's couldn't do anything, because we 'received our order'. Besides that being poor customer service, we in fact did not 'receive our order', since I for one didn't get anything, and many of my teammates settled for something that wasn't what they had...

The food is good but poor service, we we're right at the window to pick up our food, and they we're just talking and talking and they don't even move, we had to knock the window in order for them to go to the window this was the second time of bad service
Another day the first we we're here, they took forever and they we're just chatting and chatting, not getting anything on time, they also said they ran out of bread but there clearly was tons of bread right there, you know the service is bad when someone wrote a negative review with one star 15 minutes just before we wrote this
That is 2 strikes, 1 more and we will never come here again
