Wow...Unbelievable!! We had Horrendous service at the Capital Blvd location (see review) and Based on the Decency of the Manager Leigh, we Decided to give First Watch another chance at Another Location, per her Suggestion. Our Server Here was Excellent but when the food came out, the Turkey Sausage links my husband ordered did Not Look Right: they were Gray and had a minimal stripe of brown cooked portionđ¶ I called back the young lady that ran the food out and he told her he did not want it. She offered other options and he said he lost his appetite for it, he didn't want it and just "Take it off his bill". She left and then he had to, Again, explain it to his server a few minutes later. A few moments After That, the Manager came over and he, AGAIN, had to explain himself. She kept Pushing, and Pushing til he Finally asked her to "Just Go Away and Let me eat the Rest of it". He was Clearly Frustrated at this point but instead of Just Letting him Be, she went into a SERMON on him being "Rude to the Manager..." he told her if she didn't Stop, he'd just get up and Leave...and She Continued by saying she would Just as Soon he did. We got up Promptly to Leave... and She Still Continued. I told her She Didn't Need to get Up his Butt and she, Guess What? Still Continued... We were Heckled every step across the Room as even More staff chimed in...the Last I heard was a Sarcastic "You're Welcome!" to which I responded "You're Not Thanked!!" as we Finally Made it out the Door. Seriously?? These People have a Serious Lack of Proper Training in Customer Service, Especially when Your Management allows Raw Looking Meat to be Served and Then--Along with Additional Staff--Hassles and Heckles someone Just Trying to Patrononize Your Business and have a Good Meal. Don't Bother Responding; I've Done the Free Work For You and Told You the Lack of Professionalism and Customer Service we Experienced; we have Wasted Enough of Our time on a High Priced, but Shockingly, LowEnd Business. đ€There's Truly Too Much Competition Out there that Shows Us Consistently that they Actually Want...
Read moreWARNING: this restaurant solicits 5 star reviews which questions the legitimacy of all the 5 star reviews on this page. I donât think itâs admirable or respectable for a restaurant to solicit 5 star reviews when they arenât giving 5 star service. 5 star reviews should only be given when they are earned and well deserved. Huge red flag for a restaurant!
We did not have a 5 star experience so we opted out of the discount. We joined the waitlist half an hour before arrival (we were given a 45-60 min wait on the app) We checked in and were told it would be 25 minute wait which was right on par with the website so we didnât think anything of it. We ended up waiting over an hour before we were seated. We were never given menus or silverware until someone showed up 10-15 minutes after we were seated for our drink order. Anybody who has ever worked in the service industry knows the 3-5 minute rule after seating to give out waters and take drink orders. We were given coffee. Which we assumed was complimentary or would be compâd given the long wait. Wrong. We were all charged. Coffee was also very watered down. I donât recommend it. The food all came out warm and around the same time so added a star for that! However, several orders were wrong and the toast on the breakfast sandwich was BLACK. Completely burnt. Someone in the kitchen really looked at that toast and said âthis is satisfactoryâ. Interesting. My meal was good so adding another star for that.
Overall our experience was a 3/5 star at best. I encourage this restaurant to allow its customers to leave unbiased and honest reviews so they can learn from them and grow to be a better restaurant where they will receive earned 5 star reviews. Honestly this whole experience just left me...
Read moreUnfortunately, I have to give three stars for inconsistency with the quality of the food. We typically do takeout orders and the food is usually good, but they've often forgot one item in order every other time we order.
Today was our first time dining in. The main entrees were great. We enjoyed the breakfast burrito, waffles, and bacon a lot. The burrito had great flavor and was a sizeable portion. The bacon was cooked perfectly. However, my seasonal fruit which costs 6 dollars after tax was almost entirely grapes, and the pineapple in the bowl had rotten pieces at the bottom and tasted sour/fermented. It was very disappointing. When ordering our breakfast potatoes, we asked if they were crispy. We were told yes, but when they came out, they were burned on only one side as if they hadnt been stirred/moved when cooking and the inside of the potatoes were still raw. We got two cups of coffee, which was 8 dollars in total for generic drip coffee. They were 3.99 per person, but they just brought out a thermos for us to pour ourselves and would've done the same if just one person had gotten coffee, so it seems youre charged 3.99 per mug for the same pot of run-of-the-mill drip coffee. The quality-to-cost is just not there.
Overall, all of the entrees we've had here were pretty good, but we wouldn't recommend coffee, the fruit, potatoes, or oatmeal. And always check your order if doing take out.
The service is good every time, but we'd really like to see an improvement in food quality for what you're...
