Always disappointed… Yesterday I had placed an online order to be picked up at 6:57. When I walked in there were also about 15 people waiting for online order pick ups. They told us that online orders were about 30 minutes behind and they would call out the order name as they go. I waited patiently for over an hour right next to the pick up shelf watching as everyone else’s online orders get called out name by name and the manager explaining again and again to other customers that if they want a refund they must go thru the app. Unfortunately there is no way to cancel a blaze pizza order even on the app you must call the store directly but guess what… you guessed it they kept there phone off the hook so it immediately goes to voicemail so the only thing I can do is wait for my name to be called. After their rush died and they could focus on only the online orders (around 8pm so I have been here for about an hour now) I walk up to the manager and ask her politely how long does she think until my order would be done. She asked for the name and I gave her my name and she walked around the store for about 5 minutes and then comes back up to me explaining that my order never went through the system and they do not have my order. It takes about another 5 min for me to get her attention again and I show her my app with my order number and such. She then takes another 5 minutes and tells me that she doesn’t know where my order is. I told her that I’ve been here waiting for over an hour and a half already and they have no called out my order name. She then tells me that she put my order on the shelf and when I asked her why didn’t she call out my name she says it was busy and she forgot. So they called out everyone’s name but mine? That doesn’t make any sense? When I get home and finally get to eat my dinner that I waited over an hour and a half for I open the boxes and guess what both my orders are incorrect. Read moreI met a friend there for lunch, and the service was very slow. I didn't have a problem with that though, one of the employees was new and she was obviously just learning but was very sweet and hard working. I had a coupon that I had clicked on, but by the time they finally came to ring me up I had 1 minute in which to use it. ( it's timed on the app) Food tasted good as always, but my problem started when I found a peice of hair in my salad. I quietly went up to bring it to their attention. The person that needed to handle it was not out there, I told the lady that took the salad from me that I was going to wash my hands, but would be right out. When I came out of the bathroom the lady that had to help me was ringing someone else up so I waited my turn. She messed up ringing the other person's order up and the customer said you can go ahead and help her. I, still trying to keep what I had found quite ( that's the last thing I want to hear while I'm eating) when she saw me literally hollard out, "oh you are the one that found a hair in the salad that you had already eaten most of!" "And you found it on the bottom, so I don't even know how you found it there!" I just stood there dumbfounded while she said, "so do you want me to make you another one?" Well, I definitely didn't want another one at this point. She was very hateful and never apologized for this happening, just was very accusing. Read moreTried to go here about six months ago but had a bad experience and didn't get to order. My wife and I went to a movie right nextdoor and we walked out of the movie hungry at probably 3 or 4pm. Knowing Blaze has vegan cheese we went over to order. The place smelled odd upon entering, maybe from some sort of amonia cleaning product. Not deterred by the smell we walked around and stood in line. There was a staff member making online orders and a manager type person in the back of the restaurant. The staff member making the online orders finished up one order he had been working on when we entered, didn't look at us, and started the next one. We figured he was just going to get that one taken care of and then get to us but that it was odd that he didn't prioritize walk-in orders. After bout 5-10 minutes of waiting he then starts on another online order and my wife and I looked at each other for half a second and walked out. The person working said "sorry y'all" but didn't offer to start an order for us so I assume he was going to do another online order before helping the family behind us. Probably won't try to go back unfortunately. Not sure the manager in the back was aware or not but should have been more than obvious there is a problem with people wanting to order leaving...
