I'm not the type of person that complains about an order, so when I saw that something was wrong about my drink, I contemplated just keeping it, but Starbucks drinks are SO expensive, so I decided to speak up. I was very apologetic (even though it was their mistake), but the employee had major attitude and never apologized. One of the problems was that the drink they gave me had whipped cream when it wasn't supposed to. Her solution was to wipe it off with a paper towel, put the lid back on and hand it back to me... um .....EW!! A normal person would have asked for it to be made over again, but I suspected that she would have messed it up even more on purpose, I didn't want to take the chance, so I just put up with it. Definitely won't be coming back to this...
