Deceptive customer service avoid this store. While bringing a defective phone back for options, a second phone line was set up without consent (in order to sell another phone). I left the store with the new phone thinking the defective phone was being handled through the store. After we discovered the additional billing on our statement, we went back in to address the issue. The rep stated there was nothing that could be done that we should try AT&T customer service. I also was told the local store manager was out until next week. I got a business card for the store manager and sent him a lengthy, detailed email asking for his help. After no reply for one week, I returned the following Saturday to discuss the issue in person, hoping to catch the store manager. Upon returning the second time to the store, the same two guys were working from the prior week. When I discussed not getting a returned email from the store manager, one of the guys said âoh thatâs me..let me look at your email nowâ. The irony is HE WAS the store manager, and was there during the entire 2 hr initial store visit the prior week! Upon realization I had been deceived by the manager and sales rep, it became clear they were not going to help us. We still asked for resolution of the matter, but were told there was nothing they could do. As much as I hate to write a negative review, the dishonesty and lack of accountability leads me to say you should definitely avoid this store, or you could end up with multiple phone lines and charges. We have filed fraud claims with FTC gov and with AT&T. We hope the issue gets resolved but until it does, this post...

All our accounts was completely up graded by Nick this young man really knows how to inform the client besides he gives all the details necessary for the client lnow how to get the best ofer even if its a few dollars more he gives you examples that drive you through diferente options and all he explained made sense.So we realized that he lives his job we a great deal of knowledge and responsibility besides being very respectful and helpfull in our decision making . Letting us know pros and cons. We enjoyed our visit besides came out delighted because we finish our day With the tops Iphones 13 pro max and covers and everything we need for the moment of the arrival of our cell new last cel phone best in the market.    Read moreThis is the reason why I am giving this store a 1 star. When I walked in there was a young fellow Vaping (he works there) There was a young lady that took care of me. Everything went well. I purchased a iPhone 16 along with a watch for my husband upcoming Birthday. I was told that both items had a promotion. The phone $600âs and the watch $99. The monthly payment was reasonable and so I purchased them . Now I get a bill that was off the chain. I call customer service and was told that the phone did not have a promotion and the watch only had $100 off, making it that I will be paying for the watch instead of $99 it will be $199.99. There was only a 2 week window to return or cancel items, mind you, you get a bill after a month, so your return window is closed. BUYER BE WARE!!!!!! Get everything printed out and if they CAN NOT provide that for you, walk away. I should have stayed with my android and pay my $23 monthly bill. I am stuck for the next 36 months paying items that I was lied to and AT&T will not do anything about it. I look forward now for the last payment and will never have anything to do with AT&T again.
