Five Below — Local services in Holly Springs

My daughters and I were there on the 4th of February in the evening and they were getting ready to close which I understand they want to go home but the lady told me they were closing and I said yes I know then I get up there at the register looking to see if it's cash or card register and she said I can ring you out I said I can do it I just wanted to make sure it's for cash well she stood there that whole time and put my stuff in my bag and I say put but she threw it in my bag bit my card that I had bought then she watched me put my money in and then she walked away then just as we were leaving I look back and she put her hands up like she was praying and saying yes yes they're gone which I think is rude because of it wasn't for the customer she wouldn't be getting a check then I asked her if a manager was there and they said no and another lady at the counter was rolling her eyes the whole time I was trying to explain that I thought that was rude for her to put her hands up that we had left I hate to be rushed and that's exactly what she was doing and she was looking back at my cart the whole time I was ringing up my stuff so I asked her what her name was of course she said she didn't feel comfortable giving me her name because if you wasn't doing nothing wrong you would have gave me your name so when I talk to the manager because I asked for a manager of course there was not one on hand so when the owner sees this I want you to get in contact with me with a reply on here because I don't appreciate that and I hope everybody sees this and does not go to that store because they are rude and until I see or talk to a manager I will be up there to show the manager who they are since they didn't want to give me...

The women at the checkout area greeted me and my children very kindly. However, when I swiped my card, it declined immediately. I was confused and moved aside to call my bank. They informed me that I might have accidentally hit the “lost/stolen” button on the mobile app when I locked my card, which they could then revise and get me going.

Meanwhile, another staff member arrived to relieve the last rep. She was rude, rolling her eyes and constantly staring at me as if I were about to steal. My nieces and I had an EXCELLENT experience at this location. We sadly came about 10 mins to close. We asked if it was okay to come in. Heather welcomed us right in and asked what we needed.

My niece (10) needed help finding her sisters bday gift. Heather helped her easily locate it. She even sold us on some popcorn, haha!

Carly helped my other niece (8) check out. She was really patient as she tried to get her coins from her wallet.

Both super sweet women and just made the experience even better! Heather said to come back and see her. We definitely will!
