Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hollywood

Went today, July 23. I always go to this Dunkin by the way. Went through the drive thru like usual ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, toasted and an iced matcha latte with cold foam like I always get. Went to go pay at the next window she already charged me for my food and then hands me an iced coffee with cold foam and a stale, hard bagel with beautiful cream cheese though. I’m totally upset because the previous time I went too they didn’t add my cold foam on the iced matcha latte and then proceed to tell me I still have to pay for the charge of the cold foam, no problem seriously a few cents but the they didn’t even put cold foam they put whipped cream like i wouldn’t notice. Like do better at your job we said our order correctly it’s not our fault the employee does not repeat the order to us back at the intercom so we can correct you if you made a mistake and then refuse to make changes to your faulty and look stupid and confused like you don’t know what’s going on I said that’s not what I...

Oh geez, where to start. We went through the drive through. They switched between two people taking our order and telling us to wait a minute multiple times. When they finally did take our order, the girl that took it either completely left out or forgot parts of the order. My iced coffee had no Turboshot even though I said it multiple times and she repeated it back to me at least twice. They completely forgot my wife’s salted caramel hot chocolate; we had to ask for it again at the window. They asked if she wanted whipped cream and we said yes. They handed us a plain hot chocolate with no whipped cream. The boston cream donuts we orders as part of the order had almost no cream at all, only in a small spot of each donut. Overall this was a very disappointing trip. Next time we’ll just go to our regular store despite the hassle to get through the construction area... they at least get the...

This Dunkin sucks big time! We have not been there in a year due to the bad service. Today we decided to give it another chance and realized why we do not come to this Dunkin Donuts. We walked in Sunday morning at 8:39am. Stood at the counter for 78 seconds without being acknowledged. Despite the fact we heard several people talking behind the counter towards the back. Then when we do think someone is headed to the counter, NO! It is only the person working the drive-thru getting donuts. Besides the fact that he saw us standing at the counter did not say, "someone will be with you", or not even make eye contact with us. We walked out at 8:42am and went to StarBucks. Where were greeted and had our coffee and food within 4 minutes...
