No Thank you!!! We will definitely avoid this location. After a second attempt to receive professional services with fresh food , we seemed to be disappointed for the last time. The first attempt was in February through the drive thru, we ordered coffee and 2 dozen of donuts in which the donuts were beyond stale and the coffee was bitter . My mother and I decided to go inside to dine in and that was a HUGE MISTAKE! Not only did the place have meth heads coming in & out to hang out in the bathrooms, there were 2 gentlemen who stormed out due to being ignored at the register. There were a couple staff employees who were kind enough to NOTICE that my mother and I were standing in the back for over 20 minutes waiting on food that was never made and they immediately fixed our food so we could leave. My donut was incredibly stale AGAIN and my coffee was bad enough for me to throw away. First of all, having suspicious people who are NOT CUSTOMERS walk in and out constantly within 10 minutes and spend time in the bathroom TOGETHER is NO SAFE ESTABLISHMENT and my family and I will NOT be a part of supporting this type of business. Read moreI’ve held off on this 1 star review long enough, however this AM was the last straw. Unfortunately this is the closest DD to me, which I tend to frequent because it’s conveniently located, however the service is terrible!! I’ve come to this place where coins aren’t available and I’m given the wrong change, the owner/manager was rude, my drink order was wrong, things aren’t in stock, I’ve had to “pull up to the blue cone” to wait for a drink order (every single time), given MILK instead of espresso (with a lactose intolerance…). And honestly I can’t blame the staff members because they’re not properly trained, all responsibility needs to be on management. I’m not sure how this place got 4 stars overall because I came here consistently for about 2 years, and the service is always bad. It’s clean inside however takes 10 minutes to get an order out.

I’ve never had a positive interaction with store manager Yania; she is equally rude and incompetent. No wonder why employees come and go. However transcribing my order wrong, unreasonable waiting time, giving the wrong things and then giving a re-used bag to correct order AND THE BAG HAS A HAIR IN IT!?? Read moreIf I could give less stars for food and service I would. The iced coffee 9 times out of10 always taste burnt or old? Very dark and bitter. Last year when I asked for it to be remade AGAIN the lady said "why do you keep coming back then?" I spoke with the manager about it AND DIDN'T GO BACK for over a year. Started buying Wawa. A few days ago Wawa was out if iced coffee so I went reluctantly to this Dunkin location.. I ordered in the app.. as I pull up to the drive-thru the big menu board welcomed me by name and told me my order was ready and to pull up. So I did it, at the window the same rude lady scolded me for not waiting at the speaker for her to acknowledge me. I apologized and told her the screen told me to pull up. She then said "The screen doesn't matter, you're rude for not waiting for me to say good morning". I regret going back AND the coffee tasted like battery acid. Waste of $4 because it went in the trash. I've never had a problem at any of the other locations that they own period it is just this one location and this one woman.
