Today, I'd like to add myself to the list of other negative reviews as it relates to the store manager, Luisa.
When you read reviews, you often question the validity of the negative reviews until you're met with your own negative experience.
Sad to say that Luisa does, in fact, have very poor management & communication skills. She blatantly & so boldly insulted me, openly, in front of her staff and other customers.
While, we, the customers were standing in line, waiting to be serviced, Luisa decided to call for her staff members to take a group picture. Luisa nor her staff had the decency or courtesy to communicate to the customers what they were doing. When inquiring about what was going on, she expressed that tomorrow is Thanksgiving (as if we didn't know) and that they wanted to get a group picture and had the audacity to ask, very facetiously, if I wanted to take their picture. (Like Seriously!!!š)
Mind you, this all occurred while there were customers waiting in line and ON COMPANY TIME!!! With zero explanation as to what they were doing.
I know it's difficult to get reliable people to work during this pandemic but you really should vet your people and take these reviews more seriously.
Luisa, today, you really set a terrible example for your staff on how to speak to and treat customers and from their expressions, you do this often. I really hope you read this message and it encourages you to do better.
You are not indispensable! Thus, be careful how you treat people, strangers included. When you treat people right, life will treat you...

I have to drive here as I was placed on hold for 3 hours in more than 8 phone calls attemps yeaterday May 7 2021 to see if my order was even ready..... I have to connect to other departments by phone ans they told me not enought staff at printing and they could not help me or check on my order....šŖšŖ I understanda these are difficult times but also know there is a lot of people looking for jobs. Your company should offer a bjg sign in bonus to assure the staff necessary to serve your costumers.... also with all the tecnology of head phone system available... I dont understand why current staff ia not able to multitask and help with phone... or please hire remote phone person at least to help with it...working from home... again there is a lot of people out there that needs a job... Again great staff but not for the demand..... URGENT CHANGES ARE NEEDED BEFORE A STAFF MEMBER GETS INJURED BY A FRUSTATED ANGERED CUSTOMER. the other night I witnessed a female customer verbally insulting the copy male representative ans the manager (who had a caine) and this woman insulted them because was waiting for 3 hours just to get something printed. I told the staff that night you guys are great and are doing what you can. Headquarers have to send you help ASAP.... Thank you.. please help your staff to LOVE THEIR JOB BY SENDING THEM HELP... otherwise themselfs will walk out...

I went there to get a binder done I stood there for the longest they didn't even aknowledge me, it was obvious how that it was work avoidance, the guy attended to other customers that came after me just because he didn't want to bother with bidding. I tried to talk to the manager after waiting for an hour. She asked me to wait longer and force the guy to do it even though he said he doesn't know how to do it. They damage my documents, misplaced some of my papers and had me waited for the longest and still didn't do anything for me Luisa the manager did not provide any remedy to the situation, did not even tried to address my concerns she rather argued with me and asked me to come back tomorrow I walked into the store at 8:30 pm and left at 10:30 with my money in my purse and never got the service I came for, they wasted my time.If they'd told me that they could not do it upfront I would consider other options. Next time I'll go somewhere else. She is not fit to be the manager she should quite and give the opportunity to whomever has the right skills and ability to perform the job, other witnesses stated that she will cause people to stay away from this store and cause the store to close or go bankrupt.
