If I ever have to deal with Diane again at this shop and she's rude again, I have no problem calling corporate. She's got the nastiest attitude of anyone I've ever experienced in all Starbucks between Florida & NY. She's rude, doubts the validity of your requests, doesn't educate her customers on how to use the app, and honors some requests but not without disgust, mean looks, or any ounce of Im sorry your experience was _ let's make it right for you.... The manager is some messy looking guy that talks down to them. Witnessed him talking rudely to employees and making customers uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and it made me want to leave without making a purchase, but I stuck it out. Saw he interviewed someone, I'm guessing for a job, and she left his office in tears. Like, what???
