This malls parking is a joke. I parked my car out to run into the tmobile store cause it's right next to my house and there is signs that says 2 hour parking and I parked there. Was in there for no more then 10mins if that. I cam out and there was a orange tow tag on my car. I confront the security company to manage the company and he was rude and told me he see my car here all the time that I cant park here. I told him I wasnt even in tmobile for 10mins and asked him did he see me go in. He said no. I asked him how can he right a time on the tag and he never answered. I called g4s security. To complain. They hung up on me a bunch of time, told me the supervisor was in a meeting every day that I wont be able to reach them. So I came back to tmobile to buy something and again was there no more then an hour. Came out and my car was towed. I called the tow company and asked what was the reason for the to and the said the security guard didnt say there was a reason, to just tow it. I called the head quarters again for almost a month. Again got hung up on over 6 time. Finally HR answered and I explain to them what happen and everything. She said she was going to talk to the head chief. Head chief wouldn't get on the phone with me and told he to call the owner and said oh, once you park at the 2 hour parking and get a tow tag, u can never park in that parking lot ever again. I don't have anything against the plaza itself. I work there! But I was disappointed yet again with Great Clips. I went in for a haircut with my work discount. They wouldn't honor it without the nonexistent coupon that they're supposed to leave for us in our break room.
