Every time I come to this location I experience the worst customer service possible. The last time I came, I sat and waited for my order for 20 mins from when the receipt was printed. When I inquired about my food, they had completely skipped my order and pondered what I even ordered. Today I come in and I've decided to not return again. The cashier was on the phone while I looked at him for 5 mins. When I started to place my order he walked away in mid sentence without even saying a word to me. I didn't even understand what was happening. He pointed at a co-worker and repeated to her several times "you take the order I ain't taking the order". No one took my order for a few mins while I stood at the register wondering if I would ever even be attended. The sanwhiches may be great but this poor customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth. * I'm editing my post to say that I'm appalled even with the food now. When I arrived at work I opened my tasty turkey sandwich to find a nice big fat FLY in it. Absolutely disgusted with this location. This rating is to alert the restaurant chain and upper management that these employees are extremely overworked at this location. Orders from Uber eats and Online Pre-Orders were backed up to the point customers in the store did not receive their food for over 30 min. A gentleman was waiting 50 minutes for his bagel and stormed out without his food. I decided to let the employees know I will cancel my order to avoid any more delays after waiting 15 minutes for a Bacon Avo Egg Bagel. I did not ask for a refund as I was sure it would keep them from fulfilling orders. This is sincerely frustrating and heartbreaking to watch as customers yell at the employees and complain about their orders not being fulfilled. Ignore you when you are telling them how you want your sandwich, then talk badly about you to each other and any other staff member that passes by as if you are not there. But they know you're there and want you to hear it. Then they get the order wrong because they don't listen and act as if it's your fault. I used to come here because the food is good and I am able to supposedly order it the way I want, but that's not really true. These women are just awful and should not be dealing with the public. I won't come back, that's one piece of at least once a week business you have lost.
UPDATE - I want to make sure that anyone that reads these reviews knows that the feedback from the store replying to the comments means nothing.
