You should feel ashamed of yourself for trying to defame someoneās business over a misunderstanding. You said yourself that this had been a favorite place for nails previously. I have known Ana for many yearsā¦.first as her client and we have evolved into friends. My husband has had psoriatic arthritis for 50 year. It has deformed his feet and hands to where he is embarrassed publicly. Ana has taken care of his feet with a kind gentle natureā¦making sure he never felt embarrassed. I can tell you from experience that the sound of their communication with each other can feel abrupt, especially when sheās trying to switch over to English and then back again. I can assure you that she is one of that most genuine and generous people I know. What I find the most upsetting about this is that youāre calling her discriminatory because of a mix up in order and her tone. Youāve made your dear sister feel like her presence was the problemā¦.ultimately your behavior is discriminatory because you havenāt allowed for her own culture in her own business. Itās a form of racism to not try to understand other cultures and ways of communicating. Did they do a good job despite your misunderstanding? I would kindly suggest you reconsider trying to ātake downā a hardworking group of people who do great work and find some grace within yourself to have a heartfelt conversation with Ana. At the very leastā¦take down your defamatory review and simply donāt return. Ultimately youāre hurting yourself and a group of innocent people who work hard to please others 7...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNormally I donāt do this but these people are just messed up ! Donāt go to Elegant Nails! My mom my sisters and I just went in to get our nails done and as most of yall know my sister is in a wheelchair . They said they could only take 2 of us now and the other 2 had to come back in the afternoon . We said ok and my mom said for my sister and I to go first . I sat in one chair and my sister was waiting for the other chair to open up so I told her to take mine and I would wait for the other one. Mostly because the chair they gave me had better access for my sisters wheelchair than the others . The man that was about to do my pedicure got mad and started complaining in his language and the lady in charge literally yelled at us across the room saying āwhat are you doing? I told you to sit there!ā I said āweāre just switching seats Iām going to wait for the girl to finishāand she said āno he doesnāt have time ā and we asked her whatās the difference he was about to do mine ?ā She said ā no he canāt ā even her customers stared at her and asked what was the problem we were just switching . Clearly the problem was them just being discriminatory against my sister!! We decided to leave . Iāve been there many times before and never had I had a problem before but her attitude throughout the whole situation was very clear. Iāll admit it pissed me off but overall Iām very disappointed to see there are still people with so much hatred like that! Itās clear to say we will not be returning !...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have to say when I first started going here 2 years ago everyone was wonderful. As time progressed the people the owner has employed are ok. One lady in particular is christine she is patient and kind and understands everyone is different and has different requests. Today may 24 2018 was my only bad experience so far. I have heredity arthritis and sclerosis and you have to be very gentle with my feet and hands. But the other techinian Maria doesn't seem to understand that. I always pay $90 or more when I go here but today I had to walk out. Teach your staff to be a little more considerate to good customers who pay a decent amount of money to get good service. The owner is a wonderful woman and does a very good job on my hands she is gentle and understands I have a problem. But Maria doesn't seem to understand not everyone is the same. Yes we are all getting our nails done but we are individuals with different requests and all I asked was for you to be gentle you then proceeded to cut my cuticles on my feet and refused to listen and you ended...
