Live Fresh Cold Pressed Juice + Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Homestead

Place has delicious juice blends, but there's never any parking. Had to circle the block several times, then ended up parking a few blocks away. Unpacked two kids out of the car, we're running down the street to make it for happy hour...and they closed 12 minutes early. I even tried to call ahead of time (6:40 pm) to say that I'm running with two children to get there, but their phone didn't function properly. With my work schedule, I can only make the last few minutes of their hours. I'd love to make these juices a regular part of my diet, but I guess I'll never make it on time to grab a few bottles. Curbside pickup would be great, although I understand the staffing needs to execute that option.

Edit after owner's response I don't have any reason to lie about the store sign flipped to close today. I knew I should've taken a picture... the sign was flipped and they were mopping behind the counters. Even people parked outside told us they just flipped the sign as we approached the building. That's what made me pull out my phone and check. I left this review mostly to inform you about your phone system, and secondly to see if you had other options for long term purchases via curbside. I'm not the type to show up after a store is closed and leave a review that I can't get in, so this response has me even more discouraged...

Live Fresh is my favorite smoothie joint in the city, and I've tried a lot. Every trip to Costco warrants a stop here first. I am very boring and I always get the Gym Nut with bananas, but butters and crunchy satisfying cacao nibs. I've tried others and they are always delicious and fresh, but I CRAVE the Gym Nut. I've had the Cocoa Banana Nut Bliss as a GAP trail treat after a big ride and it hit the spot. I love Live Fresh because it doesn't hide under the guise of healthy by blending fruit with no nutrition sweeteners, they let nature do the sweetening with whole fruits. And it is REALLY REALLY good. I even recommended Live Fresh to my dentist up the street!

The new housemade Mylks are awesome, I opted for the Chopped 'n Brewed the other day so I could work in my afternoon caffeine in a healthy way.

The staff is always incredibly helpful and warm--they always welcome questions and offer assistance. Auj was a bright sunny spot in our day yesterday. I feel really lucky to have Live Fresh in this community. I can't tell you how many times I've stopped here on the fly when I need a quick healthy pick-me-up. Thank you for making this available...

Declan greeted me as I walked in and gave me a tour of the options. I get nervous going into juice places because I don’t know much about the scene yet and sometimes feel like an outsider but that wasn’t the case here. Declan really took the time to go through everything with me- any questions I had, what juice cleanses are, how they make everything in-house, etc. You can tell he takes pride in this company and it’s warranted because these juices and smoothies are DELICIOUS. I would recommend this place hands down, especially if you are new to the juice/smoothie ordering scene (we all have to start somewhere!). And if you don’t care for chitchat and know what you want, the customer who walked in behind me ordered and was in and out within 3 minutes! All still polite and stellar customer service, just done at the pace to match...
