I recently visited the T-Mobile store downtown on Fifth Avenue in Pittsburgh and had what can only be described as a transformational experience, thanks to Sasha!
Let me be honest, I’ve had a rough start since switching to T-Mobile a few months back. My initial experience with another specialist at the same store (the day I got my service) left me feeling rushed, confused, and honestly, a bit frustrated. Important details about my plan weren’t fully explained, my bill was higher than expected, and the service itself felt inconsistent. Even after returning to the store a second time and getting some clarity from a helpful representative named Steve (please go see Steve as well! He’s amazing!), I still felt like things weren’t quite right.
Then came today. I stopped in again, not expecting much, but I was greeted by someone I now consider my T-Mobile guardian angel—SASHA. As soon as I saw her badge that said she’s been with T-Mobile since 2014, I knew I was in good hands. And I was absolutely right.
Sasha took the time to patiently walk me through everything. She answered every single question clearly, didn’t rush me, and made sure I left feeling informed and valued. She treated me like a person, not a transaction. I genuinely almost cried from relief in that store. I even told her she’s not allowed to leave T-Mobile unless I remove the service first. That’s how impactful she was.
In fact, I truly believe everyone in the Pittsburgh area should be trained by Sasha. Her level of professionalism, compassion, and clarity is rare, and it’s exactly what customer service should be. I’ve even visited other locations like the East Liberty (Eastside) store, and no one was able to help the way she did.
Thanks to Sasha, I now feel confident in staying with T-Mobile. If I could give more than five stars, I would. She is truly an asset to the company, and I hope she’s recognized for the amazing...
Read morethey cover up when the brownshill road tcc wireless employee tried to take me out over a refund, and my comment from the old t-mobile store in brownshill road my original google maps comment was "shadow-banned" not from this store location but the former t-mobile tcc wireless store by the iHOP on brownshill road when I left a comment in 2021, they move the t-mobile store to squirrel hill location, this store is not some authorized retailer, I had to leave a voicemail to the vice president of customer service for t-mobile executive cell # she never call me back from Seattle her response is she got a regional manger for t-mobile that cover PA, Indiana and Ohio 3 states to fire the TCC Wireless employee over his misconduct behavior back in the year of 2021, so what it shows me is t-mobile is willing to coverup authorized retailers misconduct in the vicinity of the pittsburgh pa area but they have no control to their headquarters... the only problem i had was one of the other employees at the defunct brownshill road tmobile store had my PIN # memorized so it looks to me that's how SIM Card Swapping occurs? I noticed T-Mobile fixed the sim card...
