I got to have a nice conversation with the owner afterwards, so service is 3 instead of 2. If you have any issues the owner is extremely nice and does value your input. For me, that's a BIG thing. As a customer I like to know my input is valued & heard. Now about my 1st time experience here.... You come up to the counter and there are 4 video menus. You have to order immediately right away. I'm a tactile person so I'd like to have a menu either in my hand or one that I can look at on my phone. Having 4 screens of menu items as a bit overwhelming. I get you want to sensationalize the menu, but a menu will sensationalize itself by being great food. My food wasn't great. Drinks are in cans only. I was told upon entry that everything is homemade so it may take a while to get to me. It came out in less than 3 minutes. That was the 1st warning sign. Homemade takes time. The 2nd warning sign was that I told them dine in, upon entry and it came in a Styrofoam Box. As I was the only one up at the counter at the time someone actually might remember that I said dine in. As a dine-in customer I received, plasticware and napkin encased in plastic. I asked young lady, "I'd like silverware please." It would seem their people don't know plasticware from silverware. 😳 As her response "That's the only silverware we got." 😳 I ordered the Mad Fries. Which have chicken tenders on them. Mine had chopped chicken. Definitely not what is on that visual menu. I also asked for Bleu Cheese and she had said it would come stacked on top. It did not. As such, another thing gone wrong. Fortunately the owner brought me some. He could tell something was off. The Buffalo Hot Sauce was SALTY as all get out. I've tasted a lot of hot sauce in my time. None this salty. Ever. Until now. The cheese was not melted and cold. The potatoes were borderline cooked and were not hot enough at any time to melt the cheese. You either love cold cheese or you don't. I don't. Beto's does that. I don't frequent Beto's for that reason. Others go exclusively for that reason. I conveyed that to the owner, who agreed with me. Getting the attention of the "waitress" was difficult to get to help me. Never mind she was less than 3 ft away. I asked for the WiFi password. She told me they had no WiFi. She didn't know I looked it up and saw it in my Settings. I then saw her talk to a worker, telling him "we do have Wi-Fi but don't let the customers use it." Wow. And as I watched this exchange go down, I felt like never returning here again. In an age of QR codes for menus, you have no Wi-Fi for your guests to use? You aren't honest about your food, aren't honest about Wi-Fi...may I ask, what are you honest about? I really wish I could have given a better review. But 3 stars is the most I can stretch it. If the owner hadn't taken the time to talk to me, it would have been 2 stars all the way.

First time eating here. It was weird. Only one worker when I went in. He was Indian and very hard to understand. I ordered my food but was told the drink fountain was "down." They have cans of Pepsi and root beer from a small local beverage company. I got the root beer and it was good. I then asked to use the restroom. The employee pointed the way: through the roped-off section of the dining room, left into the back hallway, left again, and down the stairs, then on the left. The hallways were very narrow and there were side passages branching off to God-knows-where. Some of the doorways were curtained off with bed sheets. I wanted to peek behind but was afraid of what I might find lurking there. In the restroom was one other person -- an employee -- who was washing his feet at the sink. I can only hope he washed his hands, too. Made my way safely back up to the dining room and my order soon appeared. I'm not sure from where -- one of the curtained areas, perhaps? It came in a non-descript, styrofoam container. That said, it was warm and very juicy! The seasoning was good and the mild dipping sauce was decent. Food gets a 4/5. Atmosphere a negative 3. Definitely not worth the $14.42 I paid for 6 tenders, waffle fries, and a can of pop.

I can not lie. I used to order from this place everyday for years. Recently been a total let down. The food is garbage. They 100% don’t serve it fresh. Everytime I get back to my house. 7min drive m. The fries are rock hard and the chicken is nothing but chewy rubber. Don’t forget they charge extra for sauce now but can’t even put a reasonable amount of sauce the meal it’s self. I have been trying to give this place the benefit of the doudt recently but they have gone down hill. My last time wasting hard earned money this place man what a shame. Hopefully they can figure it out. I used to get excited to eat from here. Chicken stuck to hard fries that must’ve been sitting on the oven waiting to be served instead of wasted. Almost seem like a joke. People went to make money in this economy but cannot serve a fresh meal.

This place is super sketchy. I came here with five of my friends after a concert. It was pretty late on a week night, but there were a bunch of people in the restaurant when we got there. I think most of them were doordash drivers, but not all. We placed our orders and then sat down at the tables in the back to wait. After taking our orders, the cashier sat down at the table farthest back in the restaurant and proceeded to mess around on his phone and ignore everyone until trays heaped with Styrofoam containers appeared from some where at which point he took them to the first booth and would call out the number on the orders and wait there for them to be retrieved. The first group of orders he asked if they were dining in or taking it to go and bagged the order or not accordingly.

While we were waiting, I ventured down to the restroom. Big yikes. 😬 To get there, you have to go down a long set of poorly lit stairs and back a long, poorly lit hallway. Sections of the wall are just tacked up sheets. The bathroom itself had no towels or hand dryer. There were two stalls. The first one was hopelessly clogged, and in the handicapped stall, the toilet seat was completely detached. How someone who is in a wheelchair is going to get to the bathroom in the first place is a whole different issue.

Our food took about 10-15 minutes total to arrive. About 5 minutes after the first group of orders arrived, we were up. When I preemptively told him we were dining in, he told me they were now closed for dine in orders. There were two other tables still seated and eating. He also did not mention they were closing dine in when we placed our orders, which would have been the appropriate time to do so. Whatever. We took our food and left.

The food itself was not great. Very dry and bland. I wasn't impressed and will never go back. But hey, at least I had a really strange experience I can laugh about...

I went here Tuesday I thought I would try it because it looked like a cool spot. I paid 32 dollars and some change for some 6 piece tender meal large (which I didn’t say I wanted I just wanted a drink) and a mad chicken hoagie and 3 sauces I never before been here but the guy at the register was a bit rude and the table I sat at to wait for my food was dirty. While I was waiting people who came in and ordered after me was receiving food before me the person I was with looked upset and I guess since I got in line and then just went and sat back down because the person at the register was busy that the supervisor decided to walk over and give us some free waters. I want to say I waited 25 minutes or a half our for my food and when I revived it it seemed rushed my sauces wasn’t ready in the bag for me and there was no napkins provided I also noticed he charged me for a large meal that I didn’t ask for but I was now in a bad mood so I left. The experience was terrible the food tasted like it was cooked in old grease and tasted like it wasn’t seasoned but the fries and sauce was good. Because of the customer service I don’t know if I will be coming back but I do want to try their mac and cheese.

PART 2 My friends went to grab some food from here they got bbq loaded fries and buffalo loaded fries I got a Mac n cheese with a large raspberry tea. We all got food poisoning it was terrible I think it was the chicken on the fries cause it tasted funny but the Mac n cheese was good this is my third time eating here I would still com for the Mac n cheese tbh but...
