Starbucks — Restaurant in Homestead

My partner and I went out and about to enjoy a night out. We went to dinner and even enjoyed the beautiful set up near star bucks.the xmas lights are amazing. We took a few pictures. Before we decided to call it a night We wanted star bucks. I repeated the order 3 times to some guy behind the counter. We were served our drinks to realize once we got home using a uber it was far from what we ordered. We ordered 2 london fog lattes and received just plain tea. How do you get a order wrong that was given to you 3 times. We definitely should of kept the receipt for reasons like this. I have images and wish there was a way to post the mistake.

We bascially gave away free money. No sense of urgency at this location And again, wrong order.. Not 1 but 2 orders of the london fog lattes and ended up with unsweetened tea.kinda bummed about that especially when order was repeated 3 times I definitely want my money back for sure. I will be coming. Back to this location...

I just want to say this starbucks is horrible! I have gone there twice and they have messed it up both times the first time it was really busy so I understood, but this time the barista did a terrible job , the shake expresso taste horrible and is filled with a bunch of coffee grinds at the bottom, and i have worked at Starbucks before i know there a bad shots and then there a good shots , she most definitely didnt check at all to see if the shots were bad. She didnt add the flavoring into the shaker but instead at the bottom of the cup , so all the flavorings were in a thick layer at the bottom with all the coffee grinds . 1/10 stars do not...

So my opinion on this establishment, is that they try. As a none coffee drinker i person adore a good tea. Although their tea is made of excellents leaves. The tastes leaves me wondering, if they even try. Yes their coffee from my understanding is amazing. But the several times i tries the tea it was, tasteless. Typically i love a timeless taste of pure leaves. Tea is something i am fond of and i feel left in a loop with watered down tea. Maybe all the chains aren't like that.
