My family and I came to the restaurant on Saturday, July 22, 2023. We have eaten at several different locations and loved it. When we walked in this particular location, we were not greeted as usual. The girl at the counter was less than friendly. She seemed reluctant to even want to take our order. We placed our order and found a seat inside. There was no coffee and we could not get anyone to help us get coffee. They were out of juice. We noticed about 25 minutes later that we did not have our food. There were others around us that had gotten there way before we did that also did not have their food. After waiting 45 minutes we noticed that people that came in behind us were getting their food. The patrons that came in before us, still without food, began to get up and go to the counter to find out what was going on. No answer from the staff. We are now awaiting food for an hour. I walked up to inquire and was treated very rudely by the girl in the front who took our order. I asked to speak with a manager and he was now taking orders at the counter. I stepped up and asked what was going on and he indicated that somehow several orders had been missed. We had waited this long and needed our food, so we waited again and finally after 1 hour and 15 minutes we got our food. The manager and staff did a very poor job and did not communicate with patrons about what was happening. This was a terrible dining experience. Read moreLet me start by saying that I really do not like giving bad reviews, but in this case, I have to. I am giving one star for the overall experience. First, the cashier with the sling on her arm was friendly and helpful when it came to taking the order, she also made sure that we were aware that we should tip the staff before we actually experienced the service (bad move). After paying for our food, we were assured that we would be notified when our breakfast was ready (we sat outside).
Well, none of the above happened. An actual patron who was leaving had to let us know that our food was ready and sitting inside, getting cold. That leads me to the cold eggs, extra hard bacon, and this one star review. It is my feeling that if you are going to request for patrons to tip before receiving the actual service and food, then both should be impeccable.
The meal was $44.00 (tip included), for cold eggs, extra hard bacon, and zero service from the staff. I was tempted to leave the dishes on the outside table for the staff to collect, but I am from south and was not raised that way. At any rate, the staff was to busy sitting on the inside and engaged in cell phones and tablets to care.

Read moreFood is great! But 1 star for customer service - ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS. We came in at 1:23pm, place was half full and no line. Instead of being greeted, a staff member walked by to sternly warn us that there is 30 minutes until closing. We let a customer go in front of us as we were deciding. The wait staff didn't say anything to them. We walk up to the cashier and they immediately said there was a 45 minute wait for food. We went ahead and ordered anyway and got our food by 1:33pm, less than 10 minutes from when we walked in. They essentially lied to us to try to get us to leave. We walked up when our order was called and thanked them for the food, they just walked away with no eye contact and said nothing. The latte had espresso grinds in it and seemed haphazardly made. Overall, we got the sense the staff just wanted to rush to go home and thought we would delay them. We were finished eating by 1:45 and were out of the store by 1:48, well in advance of their precious closing time. Management needs to have a conversation with staff that closing time is the time when new orders stop, not the time that work stops and to treat all their guests with respect, even when they arrive 37 minutes...
