Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Homewood

If I could have given this place a 0 then I would because that's absolutely what the restaurant deserves!!! First of all the staff is terrible and I mean absolutely rude and hateful towards my wife. She placed our order online and when she arrives to pick it up she's asked to wait a moment only to have other customers come in after her and receive their food before she does. Eventually she asked someone what the problem was and they said that they were out of that product so she asked for her money back, only for them to say that they could not do that because it was an on-line order so she left with no food and without a refund so I took it upon myself to go and see what the problem was and they tried to say that she was being rude with them but it really didn't matter because the customer to me is always right, needless to say they gave me my money back after I let them know I was not leaving there without my money or my food. Moe's you need to hire some new staff because the ones you have are young and mature and do not know how to run a store by themselves no one in there over the age of 22. The service here was horrible ! When I go to moes there’s usually a “welcome to moes” but no there wasn’t a greeting . The only person that had great customer service was the sweet Hispanic lady ! The guy in the blue shirt not sure if he’s the owner or manager he was rude ! I asked the older gentleman what was the difference between a bowl and a home wrecker bowl besides the $3.00 price difference and he said one has guacamole and the other doesn’t . Fine so I got the “bowl “ instead . I got the chicken the chicken comes with 5 small pieces of chicken 🤣 that’s crazy right for a huge bowl .The food looked dryed out as well . I went the other night to pick up a DoorDash order. I did not realize they were closed as there were 2 men sitting in there from another company finishing their meals, and the open sign was on, but the doors were locked. I knocked on the door, waved, called the restaurant; nothing. One person looked at me, and they all just acted like I wasn't there. I could see ther person's order right there on the counter.
