If I could leave no stars I would! This is the 2nd disaster of an experience I have encountered with this location. 1st disaster, I placed an order online for several pizzas and wings. $71 worth to be exact. I knew it would take at least an hour to prepare everything and get it out. I'm not stupid on how service works. But when I reached nearly 2 hours, I called. The told me they had canceled my order. What? Why would do that? They said the delivery address was undeliverable. Wait What now? You didn't even call me. I have ordered from you in the past with no issues. What made it worse, the little girl on the phone who was LAUGHING about the situation, and then when I asked to speak to a manager, transferred me over to the Customer Care line in Memphis. As if I wasn't already upset. They are lucky they already had my money back on my card or I would have had a fit. So I ordered from Domino's instead and had my $71 worth of food delivered in less than an hour. Well even after that disaster, its been about 2 months now. I decided I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Well disaster # 2, I placed another order online and decided to pay with cash. No issues there right? Wrong I was told by the system a 9:25 delivery. Ok, that's cool, its Sunday right? It can be busy on Sunday with all the after church delivers, because who wants to cook after church right? So I look down it's 10:22pm. Still no pizza, so I call and I get the customer care line instead of the actual location. Give them my complaint and they transfer me to the store. The little girl answers the phone and when I say I'm having an issue with an order, she acts like she can't hear me and like she is fumbling with the phone, and then hangs up. I call right back, another person answers and she isn't anymore helpful. I tell them I was not paying for the pizza, after I explained to them that they are late and they have already messed up for a 2nd time, she hesitates. I work in hospitality, I know supplies cost money. So I tell her, if I have to pay for this pizza you will not charge me full price.Granted my pizza is pretty much cold at this point. She offers me 50% off, ok but this will be the LAST $8.80 you get from this person, and I will not refer any of my guests to your location nor anyone else who may ask me. Try local pizza instead, New York, Dave's or go to the competition, Domino's has never failed me at this location or really any location. Honestly choose another location other than this for your pizza needs. When Domino's or Papa John's is late they send you a coupon for free pizza in the mail. Pizza Hut is a joke of...
Read moreOk that's it I'm fed up. This is long and detailed. It may seem like nit picking but I'm finally at a breaking point with this location so I have to say something. I've filled out several surveys addressing these issues and nothing changes so I'll just let everyone know what to expect when they choose this location at night 💁
The crew that was on shift tonight overall were rude, disorganized, and (not properly wearing masks- not covering their noses- constantly adjusting them and pulling them down to talk-without washing their hands at all even after adjusting their mask, touching their hair, face, clothing and other surfaces), unsanitary (the very thin "blonde" seemed to be the main issue with customer service. She is the team member I reference below). This location always takes at least an extra 20 mins to pick up a carryout order even once you get "order ready" notifications from the app.
My order tonight 1) wasnt quite what i ordered- I ordered the big dinner box composed of 3 medium square pan style one topping pizzas in one box... I received 3 lukewarm round deep dish pizzas in separate boxes severely lacking in toppings (3 and a half inches of crust before you even reach sauce much kess cheese)..... 2) wasnt ready for another 20 mins AFTER the app told me it was ready...... 3) a team member told me they would run my food out (after I got left on hold for 7 mins before I walked in to see what the delay was). That team member took a break and was stumbling a bit in the parking lot carrying on with other people in vehicles. I walked in a 3rd time to see why my food wasnt ready yet (after watching 5 other people walk in and get their order without issue.) I was then handed my order and it was lukewarm and had clearly been sitting out for at least 10 mins. I tried asking what happened so I could avoid it next time but was just handed my food with a shrug and a halfassed "sorry" from one of the workers that were actually working (there were several employees wandering around going in and out of food areas that appeared to be off the clock.)
This has been the experience for my last 4 or 5 visits.

Read moreOn 5/31/14 @ 5:11pm I placed a delivery order of Chicken Alfredo, Order of Cheese Bread and 2 liter bottle of Mountain Dew. I was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes. At 6:11pm, I called back to inquire about my order and they noticed that the driver was 12 minutes late and told me to call back if he didn't arrive within next 5 minutes. I actually waited another 15 minutes before calling back. This time I was told they couldn't do anything till the driver arrived and to call back when he arrived. At 7:50pm he arrived and sat in his car for over 5 minutes talking on his cell phone. I know this because I was standing on the balconey watching. He got out of his car, finally, and walked into the lobby. The driver would not bring the food to my room. He required that I meet him in the lobby. Although I did get a $5 discount on my order, the order was still incorrect, it was missing my cheese bread and mountain dew. Instead, the driver brought regular breadsticks and Pepsi. In addition, the food had literally no heat to it. It was stone cold! I was told by the "National Call Center" in Memphis that they would send out the correct order again at no charge but it would be a one hour wait. They say that one bad apple puts a long-lasting bad taste in one's mouth. This one surely did. I've been ordering from Pizza Hut for many years on a very regular basis ..
