The best drive thru coffee place in Birmingham. Their signature lattes, especially the Hollywood, are delicious. I highly recommend the pimento cheese and sausage (“pimausage” is the insider name for it) biscuit. The only bad thing about the place is getting in and out with the traffic. The place is mostly staffed with high school and college age students, who have exceptional customer service skills. Wish they had a few more locations around town.

Very disappointed ☹️. I ordered a regular sized or medium…today and watched as the milk steamer person just left the wand in the jug …not properly stretching the milk … the photos are taken as I take off the lid … No sips at all . Why use this size cup ? Might as well use a smaller sized cup . To add insult to injury, it was bitter ,too.

They are in a convenient location, on my way to work or out for the day running errands! They offer quick and friendly service, healthy meal options for bfast & lunch for quick grabs of grub on the go! Coffee, tea, oatmeal, chicken salad snack packs and many more beverage and food options!

Wanted some fuel for the drive back home from Bham last week. I'd driven by this drive through coffee shop a couple times on prior trips; it's conveniently located near a path to the interstate.

They have a large menu of all kinds of coffee delights as well as teas, energy drinks, smoothies, and frappes. A smallish southern-influenced selection of breakfast and lunch items is also available (chicken salad, pimento cheese, sausage biscuits, etc).

Service was friendly and quick enough and the drive through was easy to maneuver.

I tried an iced Hollywood, one of their "local favorites," a latte with caramel, hazelnut, and cinnamon. The price was what you'd expect, on par with other similar locations.

My drink was okay. It was pretty sweet, which I liked, but had a very strong and rather strange chemically sweet aftertaste that I didn't. I couldn't put my finger on which of the syrups/flavorings I think did it (though I'd guess caramel or cinnamon based on the flavor), but it was off-putting, leading me to a series of rather sad hopeful initial sips and then continued disappointment when the weird flavor persisted.

The coffee itself seemed smooth and nicely brewed! I'm sad it didn't work out for me on this visit. I'd be down to try again sometime in the future based on the convenience and...

Girl with beanie hat and brown eyes acted inconvenienced when Im the one who had to drive back there to get what we spent over thirty dollars for lol. I left really confused at the whole thing.

So I told her the three things again when I drove back up but she was listening to a coworker and she immediately said the wrong order to them! Then acted annoyed when I told her again. I was clear as day, she just wasnt paying attention- twice! Absentmindedness is one thing, but she was RUDE. I never write negative reviews but this was a bad way to start the day. There was no “oh, our bad!” Or “sorry about that” it was like I had asked for something off menu and then tried to pay with rolls of quarters. Just treated me like a problem customer. Left such a bad impression.

The cappuccino was standard (was really pleased with at least that) and the pimento sausage biscuit was really good. Not going to go back any time soon because I dont want that kind of interaction when I pay over thirty dollars. My bar for customer service is low, Im easy, just dont treat me like a nuisance when youre in the wrong and Im...

This is my most favorite place! The owner, manager, and employees are so friendly, the coffee is great, and the sausage and pimento cheese biscuits are amazing! I have to try not to go every day! The only negatives for me are: 1) it’s drive through only, so if I want to sit and work at a coffee shop which I do sometimes, I don’t get my Red Mountain Expresso that day - bummer! 2) they close more often than most places - like entire holiday weekends (even Mother’s Day, Fathers Day etc. I think Thanksgiving they are closed 4-5 days and they closed the week between Christmas and NY this past year). Im not complaining that they are probably just taking care of employees to allow time off - but it still stinks for us who love our coffee! They do a good job of posting a sign in advance of closing though. I am hopeful the being closed every Sunday that they’ve done this month isn’t...
