My family and I love this Starbucks . We have two to choose from the Starbucks inside Brookwood target or this one on lakeshore. We live on lakeshore this one is a must . For the five years I have lived here . I’m never left ignored or ungreeted . They know my name not from my cup either from paying attention actually talking back when I speak . they’ll see me hand me my items . They helped me when the app was messed up too 🤣 I couldn’t tip id come in everyday like I can’t get it . I couldn’t tell you how safe I feel coming into a store that knows my family and I when they see me I know them as well . Trust me learning that tip button or getting cash out to tip this amazing staff is a great choice . Wether you come early or right before closing ( I catch Pokémon there Starbucks is poke stop and gym ) they still give the same service same quality drinks . If it’s a mistake they’ll fix it quickly . Also the only place I feel comfy using the bathroom . It’s always clean this a very busy Starbucks it’s always clean . Everyone pitches in . Once it was super busy I needed to use the bathroom . ( she was a floater so I don’t remember her name ) asked me to wait had another come from the back so she could make sure the bathroom was clean . So any Pokémon hunters who love friendly service where they remember your face quickly you can play Pokémon or just sit it’s a great Starbucks Also these employees are autistic friendly I can go into other places that the employees are not nice make me feel bad when I have to talk I get extremely nervous forget words or become mute they allow me to order how ever I’m comfortable I wrote a sticky note once ( my phone was dead ) was I ignored did that huff and puff no so for five years and come in order the same four things it I forget how to speak they say we got you we know what you want it’s above and beyond any Starbucks I have...
Read moreI'm a die hard Starbucks customer but this morning I was very upset and disappointed with this location I made a mobile order at 7:59am arrived at store at 8:05am, the drive thru line was out the parking lot and the inside was packed, I walked in checked to see if my order was ready, it wasn't I gave it about 10 mins still my order has not came up, waited about 5 more mins still no order proceeded to ask Barista if they were doing mobile orders or what was going on she responded they have a new ticket system so they can only print one ticket at time so I'm like ok, at this point I'm late for work and still have no coffee so I just go to my car get my phone come back in and asked for a refund, I didn't have a problem getting my money back it was just that no employee showed concern or cared about the inconvenience of the customers I was not the only one who asked for a refund either. I know Starbucks is usually busy in the mornings but I visit this location frequently around the same time in the mornings and I've never had this problem with an order the whole point of mobile ordering is so you don't have to wait I just feel like this store dropped the ball...
Read moreToday’s experience at this particular location almost made me stop patronizing Starbucks altogether. I arrived in the drive thru on the morning after Easter. I ordered a vanilla bean cream frappe with raspberry pumps and strawberry purée. Obviously, me ordering an item that wasn’t on the menu irritated the feminine male cashier because he uttered, “Ugh.... too much!” I was appalled because I order this frappe all the time at various locations and I’ve never got that kind of feedback. I got to the window and asked him was he the one that took my order and he replied with a snide “I did!” I told him that he must be having a bad day and he tells me, “Y’all always coming here ordering these “Tik Tok” drinks and we’re understaffed and it just takes a lot of time because you guys shouldn’t order stuff that’s not on our actual menu.” I told him i always order it and I’m able to get it done so it shouldn’t have been a problem and that it’s not my fault he chose to work at Starbucks.
