I tolerate this place because it’s the closest location to my job but the service at this place is more of a “miss” and a “hit”. Most of the time the employees appear that they are unhappy with their job or the environment as they wear it outwardly. I dealt with poorly written and generally unprofessional signage like “closed early for storm” or today “Drive thru only”. I placed an online order to pick up for convenience only to be met by the “drive thru only” sign and an extremely long wait time. I am writing this as I am sitting in the line waiting to pick up the smoothie I was charged and tipped for. Not sure if there is a staffing issue or what but if that’s the case, turn off online ordering rather than setting yourself up for unhappy customers. I had been putting up with the dull attitudes and super slow service because the smoothies were so delicious. But after today, I was treated rudely and unprofessional at the drive thru speaker by one of the employees. First I could barely hear them and I spoke up clearly so that I could be heard. I was rudely asked why I was yelling in their ear. I explained that I did not mean to yell I was just making sure they could hear me. I heard the employee laughing as they continued to make a big deal out of the tone of my voice with other employees. I drove off. I will not be visiting this location again. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of urgency at this location.
I placed an order online to save time during my lunch break. When I arrived, I was only then told that you were out of yogurt. I left with the rest of my order, but when I returned to my desk, I discovered my sandwich was completely wrong. I had to go back to the store to request a refund for the missing items.
Mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. There was no urgency, no apology, and no attempt to correct the issue promptly. I wasted my entire lunch break and left hungry.
