Back in the day the food was lit!!!

I haven’t eaten here in a couple of years ..

The food was ok .. cooked really hard. My family couldn’t eat the wings since it was fried hard. Be careful of their mild wings they are ketchup and water basically unless that’s what you prefer and not the buffalo wing taste. I opened my wings and saw all the ketchup and said to the lady I didn’t want it can I just get lemon pepper and she said no refunds. I said I don’t want a refund, I don’t want ketchup wings. She said they normally don’t exchange them but did it for me this time. I won’t ever go back. The customer service is sorta blah and no personality. Then they charged me .50 extra because I said “no ice” …. I inquired about the No ice price & they mentioned it’s a sign behind me stating the price… who’s looking behind themselves? It’s better wing places with nicer...

3 - 5 years ago I would argue that this place had the best wings in Birmingham ... Now I wouldn't dare say that. This place over the past year has been hit or miss. Some days I come and the wings are amazing other days I come and the wings are horrible.

Today was a bad day, one of too many recently. 2 of the wings had no meat on the bone. I ordered 10 piece combo, half lemon pepper half honey mustard, regular fries. Fries are usually crisp, today they weren't. Wings were just poorly prepared and small. 2 wings had no meat.

I've come and tried the hot wings and the hot sauce tastes watered down and bland now. No spice or flavor at all. I hate to say it but this Wing place has gone from must have to just average.

The value is amazing. 10 piece combo, fry and a drink for $8.99 is a can't beat deal but the quality it once had is...

My husband and I really enjoyed the customer service, the atmosphere, and the food. The customer service was amazing. They are very attentive to their customers. Even while sitting down and eating ee saw how they're so very well welcoming and cheerful with their other customers. They make it feel homey. The price for the proportions of food is great as well. I got a three piece tender meal with Cajun fries and I have two chicken tenders to take home because I got full. (And I eat a lot) The chicken tenders are big. Flavors were great. My husband got the 10 piece wing meal and he enjoyed it. The price was good too. Nevertheless the customer service was awesome so we'll definitely be going back. Birmingham is full of terrible customer service so we'll definitely put our cash where there's good customer service...
