Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Honolulu

As a previous employee of Domino's, the quality has definitely gone down over the years. This particular one is probably the worst. As well as the only Domino's ive ever felt the need to even send them feedback on their quality. In the last 3 years I haven't had a single order from this place, ever show up remotely appealling. In the slightest. Not even the chicken. Which is probably the easiest to make. You literally take it out of a bag and onto parchment, bake, sauce it. They dont even shake the box anymore. Every driver aside from Tyrion ( i can't remember how its spelled but he's the literal best) specifically the women (and I am a woman who has and is currently working in customer service) have been extremely rude, or simply play dumb to just not follow delivery directions and it's a constant lose, lose, lose. I lose money my appetite and respect for myself for giving them another try. Domino's used to be comfort food in a pinch. Their prices now do not refelct what we're paying for and it's an insult to injury to pay someone an over 20% tip just for them to be a total c word and the food to be as ugly as her attitude. Dont complain through the app they just take your money and ruin your food and night. Oh let's see, I am probably thee first Dominos Pizza expert you have ever met. Been ordering and eating Pizza from Dominos for the past 35 years plus. Back in the day there were no cell phones.

I had to use a home phone, what we all call landline today or I simply walked in to order. I know How these pizza's should be made and if any branch changes the recipe, I'll know it immediately! As there are some that try but never get away with it with me, they only end up wasting time, money, and resources until they do it right. Yeah but 90% of each store follows policy and recipe.

Dominos employees and usually always friendly and those stores that have dine in are usually always clean and relaxing. Great place to eat by yourself or with a special someone or family. Over the years the recipe has changed and they cut the amount of dough here and there, or how much or little sauce and or toppings. But if you're new to Doninos, without knowing how things were 20, 15, or 10 years ago you will be fine.

When Dominos changes the recipe to flat tasteless bread for the pizza like some other places we know and loathe but still eat there because of their famous name in which makes us feel big, then I will quit altogether. Kinda bummed b/c after I ordered my 2 bowls of chicken Alfredo, & 1 stuffed cheesy bread, I called them right back & asked if they could include some parmesan cheese packets, & the guy said “No Problem” , but when I got the delivery, & came upstairs there was No Parmesan cheese packets. I called Dominoes back, & the guy that answered the phone said they don’t work that way, that it would be a separate order. Then why did the guy that I called right back after placing my order tell me “sure no problem we can add the packets of parmesan cheese”. Why would adding on packets of parmesan cheese be a separate order? That makes absolutely no sense to me? WTH? No more 5.00 & 10.00 tips for them. Then the delivery guy pays no attention to me the person buying the food, he was too busy talking to the security officer from the building I live at & telling the guy if he wanted to go have a drink w/him. My order was 34.51 total, I gave the delivery guy 40.00 he didn’t even offer to give me change as he was too busy talking to the security officer, so I just walked away, & came upstairs.
