Before I made my order, I asked the clerk if they have veggie spring rolls, she said yes. Well, when I got my order and went to my car, the spring rolls had meat. I went to go get veggie ones only to find they don’t have any. I told her, “I asked you if you had veggie spring rolls, you said yes.” She made an excuse probably because she didn’t listen before telling me yes. So I asked for a refund because I was not going to pay $16 for a plate of noodles and veggies only. Guess what? She refunds me the amount before taxes. I told her, I paid taxes; she plays stupid, so I said, “Forget it” and walked out. On top of that, she lacks “good” customer service.

While this may seem minor; it’s the fact that I wasted my time and it was bad customer service. Having been a sale’s rep/cashier…the company I worked for; stressed excellent customer service. And if I could give it no...

First off the prices they advertise on their website are not accurate or up to date. Ordered a lunch special - on website it says 15.95. However, the paper menu says 18.95. So seems like a false advertisement to me. Called in the order the woman was very cold and not customer service friendly AT ALL. Get there to pick it up & the lady at the front didn’t speak one word. Just rude. No need to be in customer service if your life is so miserable.

Now, for the food. The beef and broccoli SAUCE was decent. The meat seemed like mystery meat, but it wasn’t beef or it wasn’t a GOOD quality of beef at all. Immediately spit it out. Honey chicken was fine. And the char siu was bland and dry. Menu also advertises Mac salad - I received three scoops of rice.

I wouldn’t dare recommend this...

Just paid 40 dollars for these two plates smh. My girl got the sweet and sour spare ribs and she wanted fried rice, they said it was an up charge of 2 dollars so we said ok. I wanted to make sure I had a enough ginger scallion sauce for the cold ginger chicken and when I asked how much he said to get extra which would be another two dollars which wasn’t even worth it 🤬. After we got our plates we realized that with the up charge for fried rice we give up the option for mac salad. We asked why no more and he said gotta pay extra again!
