Taste tea used to be the bees knees. They were the hot spot to trot. Some folks like those boba joints where the drinks are full of rice and yogurt. Not me. I just want a slushy-consistency and this spot was the only one who did it well. But I’m sad to say that their blended boba performance has gone downhill. First of all—someone in management is really trying to save money on straws because they seem to be made out of papier-mâché. We cracked three of them before we even drank the product. Just get better straws, guys. Then you won’t need four per customer. Secondly, there were a bunch of huge ice chunks in our (supposedly blended) beverage.It felt like our boba blender wasn’t even trying. We attempted in vain to use the fragile straws to stir the drink up because it was blended so poorly. It was such a disappointing experience that I’m tempted never to go back. I just went to this location and the open sign was on but the doors were locked. The two girls who were working just looked at us and did nothing. Then as we are leaving the parking lot and driving by we see that the workers let in other girls who we saw walking past us on the way to the car.

It wasn’t even 8:30p when we stopped by and yet they closed their doors even though it states that they are open till 9p. I understand it is late and the machines probably need to be clean and the employees want to go home, but if that’s the case the just close the store early instead of misleading people.

I come here way to often. Delicious tea everytime. Though, I did have 1 bad expirence with one of the girl workers. Not sure if she's new or had a bad day. She was just ruden didnt say much and didnt let me put my rewards in. Had to ask after to make sure i got it. However the older gentlemen who works there is so kind and definitely one of the reasons i keep going back!! They also have cute little claw machines to play while waiting.
