Red Elephant Thai Cuisine" is often praised for its delicious, authentic Thai flavors, and it stands out for several reasons. Here's why some people might consider it one of the best: 1 Authentic Thai Flavors: The restaurant typically focuses on traditional Thai recipes, with a variety of dishes that feature the vibrant, bold flavors of Thailand—spicy, sour, sweet, and salty—all balanced beautifully. 2 Fresh Ingredients: Many fans of Red Elephant emphasize the freshness of the ingredients used, especially in dishes like Thai curry, pad Thai, and stir-fries. Fresh herbs, spices, and vegetables elevate the flavors. 3 Diverse Menu Options: Red Elephant often offers a wide range of choices for different tastes and dietary preferences, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and meat-lovers' options. This diversity allows it to cater to a broad audience. 4 Consistent Quality: One of the hallmarks of great restaurants is consistency, and many regular patrons return to Red Elephant because the quality of food and service is reliable every time. 5 Great Atmosphere: Many locations focus on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that complements the experience of dining in Thailand, making it more than just a meal but a cultural experience. Read moreWe came in right as they opened. It’s a cute place with a very nice decor. Parking is in the back and it’s a beautiful set of scenery. However, the food came out one dish at a time, with other customers being served their food before us even though we were one of the first people there. We didn’t leave after two hours because the dishes took a long time.
On the other hand, the food was delicious. It tasted very home made and the portions were generous.
We ordered for delivery again the next day. We ordered right as they opened. The first driver bailed on our order because it was taking far too long to complete the order. The second driver stole our food and we found this out through the third driver. The restaurant refused to remake our food, as they said it was a waste of money on their part.
The phone call was extremely unhelpful and hostile. Our family works in a restaurant and we understand how the process works, so we were taken aback by how the result ended up.
They seemed understaffed. I hope they get the help they need in order to push out orders. The food was delicious and the staff remaining seemed stress and frazzled. Give this place a try, but be prepared it might be a longer or more frustrating endeavor than you...

First, the flavors were a bit off. As a couple that has had a lot of Thai food, we weren’t too keen on some of the flavor. The Pad Thai had a ketchup sweet kind of taste to it and the chicken sat-eh was almost flavorless.
The curry flavor was better, but it was very runny, almost like chicken noodle soup. And I can not figure out why there were a million small cut pieces of lime leaf. Every bite, I had to pull lime leaf out of my mouth to the point, I stopped eating it because it was such a hassle and took away from any enjoyment of the food. First, there is no need for that much lime leaf, and second, you should never be chopping leaves that aren’t meant to be chewed and swallowed… You leave them whole, like bay leaves, otherwise the eating experience is ruined.
Sadly, we tried Red Elephant as a new option, but I don’t believe we will be...
