7-Eleven — Local services in Honolulu

3 star: convenience and choice make it a 3 star, employees bring it down a star, I get it, it’s probably a miserable job to have, but at least when you’re at a crap job be the best you can be, maybe that is their best though? The real problem with this place is the homeless that pan handle outside incessantly, call the cops and kick them off the property. I’ve even been there when a few homeless were outside, the cops were sitting across the street, I asked them if they could kick them out, they said an employee had to call, went back in and asked the employee to call and they said they didn’t want to.. couldn’t be bothered to make it welcoming without having people bother you for money.

Edit: 3yrs later, it seemed to have gotten considerably better for a while but has slipped back into a homeless nightmare, please kick these people off the property, the only people that can do that are the employees. I regret to inform you of the consistently poor service I've encountered at your establishment. Today, I made three separate attempts, during morning, noon, and before sunset, to purchase coffee, only to be met with careless employees seemingly disengaged until payday.

This recurring experience raises concerns about the work culture at your store and the lack of attention to customer needs. As a regular patron, facing such ridiculous service is disheartening. I am contemplating escalating this matter to the 7-Eleven corporation office unless there is a noticeable improvement.

The women Christine is very racist and disrespectful towards paying customers. I have been to plenty of 711 and have not been so disrespected by someone. She's old and very irrated with customers who ask her simple question s. Not only did she yell at me in front of other customers she egged me on to want to fight. She an older lady and I just believe she saw I was black and just couldn't understand why she hates me. The customers in line was shocked at her actions. I swear man I'm sick of racist in stores who don't know how to repond to paying customers no matter the color of their skin m I'm sick of it.
