Taco Bell — Restaurant in Honolulu

Went thru the drive thru and the manager, Cherry, who took my order was to busy laughing with another associate. My 2 quesadillas that I ordered without jalapeño sauce, came with jalapeño sauce. I called up there and let them know I was on my way back and Cherry answered the phone. I asked if she was the one that took my order and she said yes. I then asked to speak to another manager then. She HUNG UP on me!!!! When I got to the store another manager did remake my 2 quesadillas and I was able to speak to the store manager. I told her what happened. All she said was I’m so sorry and I will talk to her. I feel like their customer service was awful. If I could give them zero...

Ughhhh. Meal ruined. Staff was nice and working quickly. Place was packed due to the water main break and nearby Taco Bells being closed.

I used the machine to order, noted light sauce in the quesadilla and added guacamole to my burrito.

Burrito came out fine. Guacamole was added to my quesadilla (which normally I wouldn't complain) but it took away from how I wanted it... I wanted it plain. You could tell they added the guacamole because they put way too much of the sauce that I didn't want. First piece made me sick so I tossed it. Didn't bother walking back in because of how long it took to get my original order. No receipt because I opted to not have...

Was better before but recently service has been spotty. My drive thru orders have been incorrect and the worst was the mobile order with pickup in store. placed my order for immediate pickup before a line line of 10 cars and line of 6 customer in the store. All other customers got their food before me and so I asked about my order. 5 minutes later I get my order and no apology or anything. Not sure if they are prioritizing Uber eats and Doordash orders because they seemed to look at a different screen and finally saw my order in their queue. unfortunately it is the closest location to me. hoping future...
