Went thru the drive thru and the manager, Cherry, who took my order was to busy laughing with another associate. My 2 quesadillas that I ordered without jalapeño sauce, came with jalapeño sauce. I called up there and let them know I was on my way back and Cherry answered the phone. I asked if she was the one that took my order and she said yes. I then asked to speak to another manager then. She HUNG UP on me!!!! When I got to the store another manager did remake my 2 quesadillas and I was able to speak to the store manager. I told her what happened. I used the machine to order, noted light sauce in the quesadilla and added guacamole to my burrito.
Burrito came out fine. Guacamole was added to my quesadilla (which normally I wouldn't complain) but it took away from how I wanted it... I wanted it plain. My drive thru orders have been incorrect and the worst was the mobile order with pickup in store. placed my order for immediate pickup before a line line of 10 cars and line of 6 customer in the store. All other customers got their food before me and so I asked about my order. 5 minutes later I get my order and no apology or anything.
