Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Honolulu

This place has been remodeled and it’s really nice! I’m not too sure about what is in or what goes on in the back area. But each time I walk in, the place is always neat! From what I can see, there are never any dishes laying all over. Countertops are cleaned and employees are always happy or excited when customers come in. So it seems like these guys here REALLY appreciated their work and values their talents very much so.

I’m glad to say other than the many times I’ve came here, lately… they have been really good in making our pizzas. On 2 different occasions with 2 managers, our food has been really delicious & managers were really good to customers and employees. Once, a manager looked over the order and saw that one of the pizzas weren’t up to standard and he asked the cooks to redo another one and not to burn the edges. We were ok with the pizza, but he insisted that it’s not their standards. I was thankful because if I did go home and my pizza was burnt, I’d be disappointed and wouldn’t order for a while. The other manager, I asked if tips are split with all employees. He said YES! At the end of the night, he splits all the tips up and divides it amongst each of them. I was happy to hear that because if he didn’t answer it with such confidence, I’d second guess that he tips the employees out. But, he answered in a confident way and so I threw a few more dollars down to cover the 4 employees to go home with at least couple dollars on my end. Ordered pizza, wings, breadsticks and a pasta bowl online. Called the store and requested they add extra wing sauce to my order (that I paid for) food comes and I am missing breadsticks and my wing sauce. I call the customer service and inform them 1.5 hours later I still have not received the the items I was missing. They stated a manager would call me. 35 minutes later I call back and am patched in with a "manager" that tells me all my items were delivered. I assured her I would not have wasted 3.5 hours of my life if I had the items I paid for. Her response was "ok". Delivery man shows up and decides he wants to debate with me that the pasta online doesn't come with breadsticks. I guess asking for people to simply do their job and have decent customer service is too much to ask. If I could give this Pizza Hut negative...

can’t put a rating for ZERO stars so unfortunately they got to have one. Let me begin….can i get my pizza cooked twice?..yes sir like i want it cooked twice ok YES SIR ITS GONNA BE 10-15 minutes….27 minutes later i get a pizza cooked once.I repeat myself once again i wanted my pizza cooked twice ok sorry lemme go cook it again and what do i see…..my pizza going in the half way point so i stop them and say no put it in the beginning and the woman has the nerve to argue with me about it’s going be burnt.THATS WHY I ASKED TO COOK IT TWICE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!
